Don't waste your time with this so called doctor hes far too busy.
I was very disappointed when I met this doctor I checked out these credentials and hes very well respected in Las Vegas however he does not take the time to work with his patientsI am extremely disappointed in the service that this so called doctor gave me

I don’t understand anything less than 5 stars for Dr. Lesani. I came to him several years ago for chronic kidney stones. Thanks to his skill and guidance, I’ve gotten through some very difficult times with the stones but he gave me great advice and surgeries that got me through it. His skillful robotic techniques are first rate and he empowers his patients to be an active component in their wellness. I appreciate that Dr. Lesani takes the extra time to guide and advise me on the right diet and health habits that will prevent me from further problems, which many physicians don’t seem to have time for. Couple this with his wonderful staff and spotless facility and there is no doubt that he his the best urological practice in Las Vegas.

Stay clear., of this terrible dr.. had my prostate removed in march. In hospital 4.nights 5 days. Had lead, nurse reach out to. Him. But he NEVER, returned any of my, calls. To appointment's that that canceled. 4 no reason on me. They lost 2, urine samples. Double billed me several times. I have horrible pain in lower, groin areas. @ dr, lesani. Has not ever addressed. Got terrible staff infection. Went back.to him @ He WOULD NOT PRESCRIBE ANY ANTIBIOTICS. got mad at me because surgery wasn't secluded. And I called in and asked about why.,!! Never ask even how are you doing, no communication. At all . I'm still in major trouble @ pain. He likes his patients to be in pain..,!! I found out from A different doctor that he didn't even get all the prostate out of the body. I now urinate ever 4 minutes all day every day. This guy is very stuck on himself. But be warned, STAY,AWAY. do your self A big favor. If you have problems after surgery HE WILL NOT BE, IN YOUR CORNER. RUN. overbilling terrible experience.. ! Do not have him take out your prostate. My P.S.A. SCORE is climbing up every day but he has no care.. my cancer is still present. THIS DR. lesani. Is just like kevorkian. RUN 4 THE HILLS.

Dr. Alex Lesani is the best urologist you can get if you live in Las Vegas and surrounding area. The only doctor with the fellowship and thousands of surgeries done. My experience was that I looked for a surgeon with at least few hundreds prostatectomies a year. He is very skilled, very cooperative, before and after the surgery. I can't have enough words to described my experience with doctor Lesani. He is your best bet if you will need an urologist. He takes time to explain you everything you need to know about the disease and the procedure you must have. Very professional. Also, his staff is very attentive, and I want to mention here Mrs. Zsuzsanna Hood the surgery scheduler, she is very responsive to all your questions right away.

Unlike many doctors who ask "how can I help you?" Dr. Lesani knew why I was there, he already looked over my medical history and had a plan set up. Dr. Lesani told me on my first visit, "I am your best bet at saving your kidney" True to his words, he did just that. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in his skills.

Both times I went I had to wait over an hour. Each time he was very distant, didn't want to hear what I had to say or answer my questions. Went for BAG treatment and he did a scope of my bladder and said everything was fine. When I asked about the biopsy I had and showed cancer, he said well that is because you had BAG treatment, when I never did. That was why I was sent to him. He said come back in three months, just blew me off. I talked with another Urologists and was told yes I did need the BAG treatment. This guy did not want to be bothered. Stay away from this man go to another Urologist. Very unprofessional.
