This allergist is amazing! I suffer from anaphylaxis and would have a reaction every other day. No doctor could figure out what it was (meanwhile I've seen 4) and Michelle figured it out immediately during our consultation. She's amazing! I haven't had a reaction since and I've been feeling amazing. She is also very knowledgable and cares for her patients. She teaches her patients about different types of allergies and even provides you with resources for more knowledge! She's THE best and I would recommend her to EVERYONE.

When I first met the doctor I was very impressed with her knowledge and compassion. However, within a 2 week period she canceled THREE times for various reasons. Not impressed.

So 2 weeks ago I drove in a snowstorm to an appt with this doctor, paid $6 for parking (as I was warned the appointment might take up to two hours), only to find a note on the door saying that due to the weather all appointments were cancelled. I wasn't happy, but it's understandable. So today, 2 weeks later, I spent $7, and was kept waiting for over 50 minutes before I decided to walk out, no medical history was taken, no allergy tests done, nothing. I got to see the doctor when she asked me to sit in her office, about 30 minutes into the appointment time. The office was very quiet, I was the only one in the waiting room. When I did walk out the front desk person was nowhere to be found. However, I did run into the doctor coming out of the elevator with her coat on - so even though she knew I saw her in the office, and she knew I was waiting , she decided to run an errand. Completely disrespectful. I didn't even get a phone call after I left asking me why I did so. Not impressed. Oh, and if the doc does read this - I believe there is some guidelines suggesting NOT leaving confidential patient information in plain sight - that would mean on the desk I stared at for 30 mins while you ran your errands.

Very flighty doctor. You have to repeat yourself several times as she types away at the computer. My 90 year old grandmother has better computer skills than this woman. She seems completely unable to focus on her patients. She cancelled my appoinente several times on the same day with no appology. She put me on medication that severely interacted with other medication she knew I was on. She is extremely dramatic. The first time you meet her she seems extremely sympathetic and then you realize it is all an act. I went for several months for severe angioedema/chronic urticaria and was highly disappointed in her level of knowlege and quality of care. On my last appointment she put me in a back office and forgot about me for an hour and a half. When I finally went to investigate she was balancing her checkbook. She had literally just forgotten about me but never apologized. That was the last straw for me. I highly recommend that you see anyone other than this doctor.

I am so grateful to Dr. McLauchlin! She has seen me through two horrific allergic reactions and has been compassionate, available and efficient. I have never had the experience of having her cancel on me, and in fact have been fortunate enough to get in within 24hrs of the severe reactions that I have had.

hi second appointment cancelled in 7 days.son had to miss school, before we got call doctor is cancelling, and again today, son late for school, as we got a call, doctor is cancelling again.

Dr Mclauglin has already cancelled my appointment 3 times!!! The first two due to some emergency and the last due to her not feeling well. Wonder if she really is genuine or is a complete waste of time. She cancels appointments 2 hours before your appointment time. Highly useless doctor

Dr. Michelle S. McLauchlin is the worst doctor I have ever seen! Canceling my appointment 1hour before 4 times, and always due her emergencies! I remember she gave one of emergency excuse as she father is in the hospital. I wonder if she makes excuses with all her family and friends. What a idiot! She should be shame to be a doctor that everyone here is giving her such reviews! Unless she knows who she is.
