Fantastic doctor. Good listener. Got me through a couple of tuff times. Glad to have him as my doctor. I’m reading some of these negative comments I feel it the patients who are the problem not the doctor. If you look up your symptoms than you are looking for problems why go to the doctors.

Dr. Croft is the best physician I have had. He is attentive, compassionate and evidence based. While he does occasionally run late, he is always very patient and addresses all your concerns. When needed, he will refer to other specialists and always makes sure to follow up regarding these referrals. Lucky to have him as my family doctor!

Dr. Croft has been my family’s doctor for a few years. Dr. Croft is a great doctor and caring, he is a gem. Read some of the more recent comments, doesn’t relate to our experience AT ALL.

I am completely shocked to find out that my Grandmother has cancer that has spread throughout her body. Dr. Croft was her doctor as well as my whole families. She has been to his office numerous times asking to have testing done for excruciating back pain and she was brushed off and just given more meds to take. He kept telling her it was just muscle tightness and an MRI wouldn't be necessary. Well guess what it was very necessary. I am so angry and he didn't even have the common decency to call me after many discussions about how worried i was and he is aware she is now in the hospital. I literally had to tell him that i thought she had cancer to get him to do anything. He said oh why do you think that. I then read all of the symptoms off. He then said oh ya her white blood cell count was high and her liver enzymes as well. He is the Doctor not me. And i diagnosed her. Needless to say my whole family will be finding a new doctor. BEWARE !! He is always reluctant to give any testing. I am very sad to be writing this for many reasons. He is a very nice man but he doesn't know much about medicine.

The staff at family health centre would talk down to you, make you feel like an annoyance, would only book same day appointments and were terribly unhappy all the time. This made making appointments a huge hassle.
Dr Croft was always very kind however very little medical knowledge or help. It was like pulling teeth to get any tests done (which I needed at that point to diagnose an autoimmune disorder). He pushes medication and makes judgement calls that are very dangerous for his patients. The nurses that work with him are also a bit....uneducated. I was told by one nurse that since nobody drinks milk at home (but we are not vegan or vegetarian, we just drink milk alternatives) we are going to be low on our calcium and questioned me a bunch of times why we don’t drink it as it was concerning to her. She also forgot to take my urine protein’s during my pregnancy...I had to remind her every appointment.
I was with this office for 6 1/2 years and as nice at Dr.Croft was, my health was almost completely destroyed by misdiagnosis and medication negligence. Now that I transferred our whole family to another general practitioner, I can’t believe how much we have discovered and how much this new doctor has helped within a few months. I wish I had switched earlier.

Dr. Croft has been my GP for about 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say. He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and has a very kind manner. Any patient would be lucky to have him!

Benjamin Croft is a fantastic Doctor. He has made my otherwise stressful trips to the Doctors office so much better! He is excellent with kids.

Dr. Croft is the best physician our family has ever had. We are a family of 6 and all are 100% happy with his excellent devoted services. Keep up the passion and care for your work! We are lucky to be his patients. He should be a role model for other physicians. He is compassionate, caring, patient, and willing to listen. AJ.
