She cancelled my appointment because of cold weather, this is SO unacceptable, everyone else goes to work when it is cold out

She is very kind and you get the feeling she actually she cares. She gives very wise advise, but also makes sure to help you find your own path. I found her to be very empowering, and to actually help me grow rather than to continue to need help.
