I have been with Dr. Guirguis 4years. I think he is one of the best Doctor's I've ever had. Listens and cares.

His lack of professionalism and caring nearly cost me my life.

I was only in my 30's and I started getting unusual symptoms. I knew something wasn't right. Dr. Guirguis wouldn't listen to my concerns / symptoms. He had an excuse for everything. The last time I saw him I was sick with bronchitis. I again tried explaining to him about the other symptoms I was having. He INTERRUPTED me and said and I quote - " The symptoms I was describing weren't going to kill me" and then went on to lecture me on the importance of Mammogram's and Pap Smears. I was devastated. That was the last time I saw Dr. Guirguis. I found a new primary Dr. I now also have to see a Cardiologist and Neurologist because of worsening heart problems and muscle weakness. Dr. Guirguis wouldn't take the time to listen to me. He repeatedly blew me off over the course of about 2 years. I wouldn't see him for anything more then the common cold.

I have Type-2 Diabetes and I have been going to Dr. Guirguis for almost five years. He has adjusted my medication levels periodically and has totally brought my sugar level under control. He has also clearly explained the functions of each medicine that I use.
