Dr. Pierce performed surgery on me three weeks ago. My operation was very involved and for four hours, she basically revamped my vaginal area. I listened to her advice, including going to a professional for pelvic exercises. Her knowledge is second to none and she is a very caring, compassionate and competent doctor. I agree with all the positive comments others have made. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe Dr. Pierce. Her team were also amazing and so caring and professional. Since my operation, I haven’t experienced any pain or lack of mobility. I attribute my positive experience to Dr. Pierce and the power of her positive energy.

I had an appointment last week and Dr Pierce honestly deserves all of the glowing reviews she’s received. She’s a great listener, asks lots of important questions, very compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She encouraged me to keep pushing for answers about some other symptoms I’ve been having w my GP. Which I needed to hear bc my family Dr is less compassionate & concerned about my symptoms and never asks the right questions, so I always leave feeling deflated, so hearing the encouragement to keep trying from Dr Pierce definitely gave me some hope.
I waited about an hour to see her, but I honestly don’t find that too bad for a specialist appointment that was very fruitful.

Dr Pierce is a wonderful OBGYN. She is pleasant, caring and knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to her by my GP.

I am a senior with incontinence and frequet UTI's. A male urologist had dagosed, written a scrib and that was that. I had left feeling frustrated and almost ashamed. My daughter said no woman should feel like that after a doctor visit and she told me there were gynecologists and that I should get a referral to Dr. Pierce. I did and the visit was helpful, informative and set me on the path of getting better. I really felt comfortable at the initial visit with Dr. Pierce and on her follow-up call. This is a doctor who treats a woman as a whole person and not just a diagnosis. She has pprobably seen hundreds of patients like me but gives respectful and full attention, answering all my concerns. I was very lucky to be fitted into her busy schedule.

Dr. Pierce performed my surgery for incontinence 3 yrs ago. She is very professional, explaining the surgery and re-assuring in her ability to perform the surgery for optimum outcome. Her post-op care was excellent. I highly recommend her.

Totally amazing doctor! She sincerely cares about the well being of each and every patient. She listened to my concerns during our consult and was sincerely concerned about the troubles and pain I was having. Following a few more tests and a biopsy, she personally called me at home one evening to review the results! Now how many doctors do that??? Surgery was scheduled within the acceptable time frame she had given me. Her skills, medical expertise and bedside manner are second to none!!! The IWK Women's Health Centre and our health system are extremely fortunate to have her on their staff! If you are referred to Dr. Pierce for your medical condition, consider yourself very lucky! She is definitely one of the best if not the BEST!!! You couldn't be in better hands!!!
