During my appointment visit, Amy was very friendly. However, I was not sure if I misunderstood what the appointment was for when the hospital scheduled for me or if they forgot what and why we were there for the appointment. I was initially scheduled to do an ultrasound on that appointment, but Amy mentioned they don't even have the equipment for the ultrasound! So we had to schedule another appointment at the hospital for the ultrasound, which made me feel that either she's unorganized or her assistant didn't do a good job in the communication process. Also, during my visit, it seems that she's in a rush and didn't really provide any useful information, and I felt very disappointment and wasted my trip to the hospital on a workday.

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on June 14, 2015. Amy was AMAZING a year later and I will never forget her and still think of her from time to time. She made sure that I understood what was going on during labor and made sure that me and baby were comfortable. At the end she gave me a huge hug and said I did amazing. It wasn't like she was just a random midwife I felt like she was a friend. For that I will never forget Amy.
