I saw this Dr for my annual physical. Besides the fact that she was running 90 minutes late for her visits, I was shocked when I received a bill and it was coded for illness, anxiety, and pre-operative. I immediately filed a fraud charge on them. The office manager, Summer, was very unprofessional and was completely lacking knowledge about how billing an insurance company for services not provided is fraud. The only good part are the medical assistants.
