I wish I had listened to my gut and canceled this appointment. This narcissistic clown decided to waste my time with a history lesson on malnutrition and disease that plagued women in the 1800's and then told me there's nothing out there on the market to help me and there's nothing I can do about my condition. What a waste of time and gas driving there. His staff were on the phone signing their kids up for school the whole time I was there. Leave your personal life at home ladies!
Do not recommend and will never go back!

After taking my teenager daughter to a dermatologist in Toronto and was rudely dismissed I took her to Dr. Robertson who was recommended by a friend. Dr. Robertson was so well informed on teenage acne and imparted this information to my daughter - I could tell he was very empathetic to how it must be affecting her life. After a new facial regime and meds her condition was is so much better and we look forward to our follow up. I am so very grateful for Dr. Robertson’s expertise and concern! Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Robertson! You have made such a difference in our lives.

Dr. Robertson continued to remove his mask and told me not to get the Covid vaccine as it will probably cause cancer in the future. I was extremely uncomfortable and will not return.

As a former patient of Dr. Robertson, I'm shocked and dismayed to read five separate accounts here complaining that he has given unsolicited and misleading opinions and/or advice about the Covid-19 virus, the vaccines, and masking. This is extremely unprofessional and potentially dangerous.

I strongly suggest that any of you who experienced this contact the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) as soon as possible, outlining your experience.

I don't know what the other ppl are talking about, except that they ate on a "Poor Me" rant.
I find Dr.Robertson to be an exceptional Dr!
He's been fair and yeah he cuts straight to the point..but wouldn't u rather that then some smuck thats only there to be paid?
I like his demeanor and I find him to be very professional!!

Dr. Robertson worked with my teenage son and his acne. His treatment has made such difference for his confidence. His appointments run on time and are quick, but he will also explain his treatment and answer your questions.

I have just got off the phone from my doctor asking for a new dermatologist. Dr. Roberson told me not to get the vaccine for COVID because I wasn’t likely to die - just like the regular flu. His attitude and manner towards COVID is very concerning and has absolutely nothing to do with my acne!!

The receptionists were kind and professional. I cannot say the same for the doctor. While he was able to treat my issue quickly, he spent the extra time lecturing me about covid being a hoax. He mocked my family doctor for doing phone appts and told me masks didn't help. Then he told me it was just a flu and even recommmended i avoid certian vaccines because of bells palsy. He then pulled his mask off his face to make a crooked face to mock what bells palsy looks like. He was totally unprofessional and I would not recommend him at all.

Worst experience. No Covid screening. I barely waited so that’s the only plus. The secretaries were nice but the Dr himself wasn’t what you’d like to see in a dermatologist. He walks in saying bye to the previous patient with a “Covid schmovid” remark. Looks at my arm for 3 seconds confirms I have KP and then tell me there’s no solution. I tell him about my adverse reaction to the treatment I received and kinda pushed him to see a previous picture. He tells me it’s normal that should dilute my cream and use it for my face as well if I get acne. I had a rash my family dr wanted to do a biopsy on. After a few sprays of liquid nitrogen I was told it’s fine.m, come back in 2 months. Whole thing lasted 5 mins and for the next 3 mins he tells me Covid isn’t real it’s a bad flu no one believes that because Trump said it first. He tells me that we don’t need to wear “these masks” and that we should have all been back to school and work a long time ago. Oh also I forgot to mention he said that rash that I was hoping for a biopsy was just a random ID reactions just like the ID, ED, EGO in psychology ( I’m a psych major so I immediately understood this) “the body is weird and things just happen as random reactions”
