Late, Rude, Dirty
Extremely unprofessional and rude. Unkept and dirty… We've booked 4 appointments and each time was a different excuse to not fill out the needed paper work or even see us... We arrive and she says she can't see us and wait an hour because "I'm hungry".. Next appointment she wasn't even there had left for the day, but we didn't get told... and most recent when you confront her she said that if we have a problem to "find a new Dr" Then when I called to have a conversation about the appointment, she hangs up the phone 2 seconds into the conversation. She belittles and talks down to her staff, which explains the high turnover...... at one point the phones wouldn't work when we called…..She said "her son" didn't pay the phone bill... If you can't pay a phone bill, how can we expect to get competent medical care? She's fortunate to be "practicing" in a country with free healthcare, if people had to pay out of pocket for her services, she'd be broke! 1 star is generous...Keep up the great work

The doctor I've encountered is incredibly unreliable. Consistently tardy by 1-2 hours for scheduled appointments, she could greatly improve her time management skills. Moreover, she doesn't thoroughly assess my symptoms and frequently directs me to other diagnostic resources, causing further delays. This failure in family medicine as a primary practitioner, coupled with her challenging demeanor and delayed diagnoses, ultimately prolongs illness and diminishes patients' quality of life.

Worst experience ever. She should not be allowed to practice in Canada. She is rude. Always late. Never pays her staff therefore a new receptionist often. She is not a good doctor. Be careful

I had the first appointment of the day booked for 12:15, she showed at 1pm with Starbucks and said her child care was late. Literally have to give my entire medical history every time I see her, it’s like there are no notes taken. Cancelled 2 appointments in a row before Christmas that were booked for a physical then my last appointment she chastised me for not having a physical done yet. No point booking a physical with her she barely does a breast exam and refers out a Pap test. So really all she does is take your blood pressure. But charges the gov for a physical.

My GP closed her practice three years ago and that’s how I found Dr Chetty. I am very happy I have found her. I find she is deeply invested in her patients and I thank her every time I go because she gives such wonderful care to me.

Terrible doctor, doesn't know how to properly communicate with patients, has signs up that they will call police if you have any issues with them.
