She would not even come in room to see me. She is not a good family doctor.

Have been with the office since I was born and with her since she took over.

She never has any answers, has no empathy, will talk over you, not believe you when you say what symptoms you have, takes forever to get an appointment, and just seems like she completely does not care about your health and wellbeing.

There have been multiple times for different things including mental illness, a head and neck injury, general health problems and health issues with my child that all have been brushed off like nothing is wrong,

I hate having to make appointments with her because you always leave more defeated than you were before. Will be removing myself and child once I can secure another Dr.

doctor Yasmeen is performing insufficient job. My 4yo daughter is her patient and her attitude has been in every case absolutely terrible.

First it started 2 years ago when I noticed that my daughter has lazy eye and doctor Yasmeen refused to see her and I was told to send an email with a picture and base on that she will recommend her to specialist or not. I don't see that efficient in any way so we found reasonable eye doctor ourselves.

Another situation happened recently when I called in because my daughter was having fever for 4 days, throwing up and had an eye infection. Receptionist scheduled me an PHONE appointment in 4 hours, doctor Yasmeen dedicated 2 minutes of her precious time to tell me to go to the emergency room and didn't bother to call us to check on her or anything. 3 days later and my daughter has still same symptoms for a week except eye infection, she has been given an eye drops in the hospital.

I believe that doctor Yasmeen should give way better care about her patient because hospitals are overloaded and they can't give as much time and care as family doctor.

I came in because of uti trying to get medication all I got was take Tylenol I will not give you a different medication, she is terrible. I had other conditions too everything was take Tylenol and that’s all. Looking for a new family doctor. She is nothing but unhelpful

I am leaving this comment on behalf of my deceased mother. Dr. Yasmeen, missed diagnosed my mother's kidney cancer as low iron and muscle pain. Once she was diagnosed by an emergency room doctor, Dr Yasmeen made an appointment to see my mother in person for over a month later. My mom did not make that appointment as she died 3 weeks before. Anytime we called the office to see about pain meds, Dr Yasmeen would just up the dose and not actually checked to ensure they were the correct pain meds, which they were not. When my mother went to Dr Yasmeen over 2 years ago complaining of low back pain on the left side she was told to take a muscle relaxer, no urine test, no scans. Had she done what any normal doctor would have and tested urine for kidney function, my mother would still be alive. The receptionist, or the bulldog as we like to call her, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've only had limited dealings with Jesse, but they were not great. This all being said, she was always pleasant to my father, maybe her issue is with female patients, who knows, but I would avoid her like the plague.

In a graduating class, there is the top of the heap and there is the bottom. This "doctor" lands firmly at the bottom in attitude, knowledge and helpfulness. If she does not agree with you, she won't even bother sending you for testing unless you pay for it yourself. Being a single mother with incredibly limited resources, paying for a scan or x-ray is out of the question. This "doctor" also misdiagnosed a condition in my child and put her on meds that made her condition much worse. A TECHNICIAN at McMaster University was the person to figure this out. Please, don't be like me and assume that because she's a woman, she is any good because she is NOT.
RUN DON'T WALK away from this greedy crappy "doctor". NOW!!!!
(Much like other posters, her support staff, when they can be bothered to answer the 1985 phone with no way to leave a message, are fine people.)
Sandra is gone now (too bad for us) but Jesse seems to actually care for people.

Excellent care. I have been her patient for several years - had Dr. Kennedy before. She has the ability to hear your problem and proceed with treatment. She will quickly arrange an appointment with a specialist, if required. Highly recommend her!
