She is an exceptionally perceptive and compassionate psychiatrist. I was a law student who sought her help to address school related stresses and past family trauma. She was the one who began my healing process and made me feel "normal" after years of being controlled by mental health issues. She was kind of enough to prescribe small amounts of different kinds of medication to see what worked best, and in what amounts. Above all, she listened.

I have seen several physiatrists in my life and never felt listened to or understand . Dr Goldstein is the first one who truly understood me and didn’t shove pills down my throat or tell me i couldn’t be helped ! The world needs more drs like her who listen are knowledgeable and compassionate . Best dr ever , thank you for giving me hope for my mental health struggles for once in my life .

She has never been on time for an appointment and I have waited upwards of 45 minutes for her on several occasions. She was good to see me more frequently when I needed it and then less when things were more stable.
