Loved Dr. Sit! She took her time to make sure my mother and I understood our diagnoses and what we can do about them

Dr. Sit is an amazing doctor. I saw her for my postnatal check up as she was sitting in for my regular doctor. I just had twins, and she is a mother of twins as well. I found her friendly and very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions.

We will never accept to be seen again by Dr Sit. Ever. She was a sub for our family doctor twice, however it is clear as daylight that - although very nice and willing to help - her knowledge level is not where it should be. The treatment she recommended for a suppurating ear was Ciprodex, which actually aggravated my daughter's ear infection and we ended up in the emergency room less than 48 hours later. The doctor in the ER confirmed the ear drops did no good to her ear and finally prescribed Amoxi (which I expected Dr Sit to prescribe in the first place, but obviously she didn't). She never informed us about the risk/secondary effects of Ciprodex. It can harm a child (and adults as well) and cause Achilles tendon rupture and joint pain, especially in children who are still growing. Now my daughter is complaining of joint pain and heel pain and I doubt this is a coincidence.
