It’s really unfortunate but Dr Graham has back to back cancelled my appointments twice without any warning. It’s really annoying making my way to his clinic to realize he’s not working that day. I understand that cancelling clinics sometimes is avoidable. But back to back is a little too much

Dr. Graham is by far the best family Doctor I have had. He is both knowledgeable and empathetic and really takes the time to listen and understand. As a medical professional in the mental health field, I really appreciate his bed side manner and non-judgemental approach. I am saddened to read the previous reviews on him as I don’t feel they are an accurate representation of Dr. Graham. I have never felt that Dr. Graham rushed me through an appointment or does not provide adequate medical care. I wish he was still accepting new patients as I believe many individuals could benefit from his expertise!

Very bad doctor. I would not see this doctor i ask him for antibiotic cream and he rights me a prescription for the most expensive kind 230 dollars. He did this on purpose because he figured i didnt need it. He knew i would not pay that much money for cream. He is not a good doctor.

I have been going to Dr Graham for some time, if you count the fact that he changes his schedule continuously and the staff at the front desk routinely schedule you for days he is not present so you see other doctors. I have similiar feedback that other patients have mentioned, where the discussion turns to the fact that my coditions are due to behavior, rather than medical history or disease. My last visit however brought me to tears outside the clinic - I left feeling like I was an awful person and it is my fault i have these medical conditions. I really want my health to improve, but it is clear after the previous visit that he is not a doctor who can form a partnership with the patient to improve health outcomes.

Dr Graham is my family physician. I was in a distress and although he was fully booked for that day, he found the time to address my issues. Was full of understanding and helped me with appropriate advice. He is getting more and more better. I am glad that he is my family doctor. Did not rush me through visit, Listened carefully all my concerns and I felt like he was fully there as a physician and as a human willing to help and understand.

I am a regular patient at the walk-in clinic where I saw Dr. Graham recently for the first time. After a lengthy (2 hour) wait, he came in to see me about a routine matter for which I have visited the clinic regularly, and for which I have been getting the same treatment for more than a decade.

Rather than acknowledge that this was a simple and routine visit, he proceeded to SHAME me. He rudely suggested that my medical condition is a result of my own behavior, and, without even bothering to check on my medical history, told me that I should, "Just deal with it," or that I might be better off to, "find a dealer to fill my prescription."

Needless to say, I was utterly floored by his 1- lack of compassion, 2- lack of bedside manner (or any manner really), 3- lack of knowledge, and 4- unwillingness to do even the slightest research on me or my case history.

This is one doctor to stay away from at all costs.

I saw Dr. Graham at the walk-in clinic for treatment for a bladder infection. While taking my history and recording the symptoms of my bladder infection he raised his concerns that it could be an STI. I had an appointment for my yearly pap-test the next week anyways, so I agreed to just do it then to rule out any issues and avoid another appointment.

I have a long history of Vaginismus and I explained this to Dr. Graham while providing my history. During the collection of my sexual history I found his comments and tone of voice judgmental.

I'll give it to Dr. Graham that he was incredibly thorough during the exam, however his bedside manner and lack of knowledge of how to handle sensitive topics was appalling. He bluntly stated that I had genital warts and then carried on with the exam without any explanation or compassion. he then did the internal exam, which was painful, due to my Vaginismus. I began crying, in response to my fear about apparently having genital warts and the doctor being so non-compassionate about it. Dr. Graham stopped and told me he couldn't continue if I was going to cry. Again, such a harsh and non-empathetic response. He seems completely unknowledgeable about how to discuss sexual health with women, and how to handle sexual trauma and Vaginismus.

In the end, her re-examined my "genital warts" and decided that they weren't! Finally he clarified that if they're cause by HPV, something super common for women and cure themselves over time - but only after I'd been left with nothing to work myself up about how terrible this was. When I tried to ask more questions he refused and told me to look it up on the internet from a page he printed.

I've never had such a judgmental and hurtful experience with a GP. He needs some serious training on how to work with women and sexual health, or refer to someone more competent.

The worst doctor I have ever had. He is always late, doesn't spend with you more than 5 minutes, making the appointments for tests and then you can find out that he cannot do this test, because he has no time, or just because you cant have this test because you had been contacted by a mistake. I had a couple of visits with him which he eventually rescheduled for a later day. I was wondering why I wasn't rescheduled over the phone and why I had to come to hear about the fact that my appointment had to be rescheduled. I find him very disorganized and careless. His attitude to his patients is very unprofessional and he has no integrity to his profession.
