Was happy with my first few visits then I needed a simple check up cleaning by my ortho request I was turned away because Dr insist I needed a different cleaning that is $500 dollars when some can't pay that you have to work with what you can do. So was turned away and now need to find a different dentist very upsetting just because its not what they want done they will turn you away. .

Started coming here about a year and a half ago for a cleaning. Everytime I went in for a cleaning I always had perfect teeth and no cavities. Just recently I went in for a cleaning and was told I had a cavity and they had to fill it. The female dentist did the filling right then, she did not wait for me to get fully numb and she also told me that she was going to put a WHITE filling in for me and she did NOT.. Also, the tooth that she said I had a cavity in NEVER hurt or had any pain until after she did it. It’s been over a month and I still have pain where she did the filling.. I will not be going back and am currently looking for a new dentist..

K and H owes me a refund and has yet to process it. At first they said they directly refunded my bank acct and I had not record of so on my bank statements. Then there was a procedure error on the billing side, which my insurance was able to verify and I still ended up overpaying for my procedure. It has been over a year and am still getting the run around, that their billing department is "figuring" it out. I've taken copies of my insurance statement and no call back nor a follow up. Aside from my refund, I have not even received a courtesy follow up to see how my post procedure was or if there were any issues with my dentures. Pretty tired of playing cat and mouse...

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please do NOT go here. I went for wisdom teeth removal and had the absolute worst experience. I’ve never had anxiety about the dentist but this place definitely gave me a reason to be nervous going to another dentist. Girls in the front do not listen and do everything in their power to do as little work as possible. Overall a very unprofessional dental office. Dentist only cares about getting you out of the door.

This dentist scarred me mentally and physically for life. He decided to perform a wisdom tooth extraction he was not prepared for and now my face is numb for the rest of my life. I have no feeling in my lip/chin/jaw and when my new dentist tried to get the xrays of the before and after that I paid for, he refused! Criminals. He also said my teeth were perfectly fine when I was in pain and now that I'm at a real dentist they saw the cavities and fixed them and now I'm pain free. Do your research. HE went to school somewhere crazy overseas. NOT part of the American dental association.

most terrible dental experience in our lives, myself and my wife.
extremely low quality in workmanship and materials used
they caused a lot of harm and all their work had to be redone
I wouldn't wish it for my worst enemy

hopefully you can avoid it at all cost and don't go through a horrible experience like ours

how can you trust a dentist who believes and states in their paperwork that (dentistry is not a science, and mistakes can happen) just to cover their gross errors.

they got their degrees and training in undeveloped countries and that is the kind of service you will get

My experience with K&H dental group has been disheartening. I would NOT recommend coming here if you have delta dental.

I went in over 2 weeks ago with severe dental pain on my left lower molar. Root canal was needed. They informed me that my insurance would need to be processed in the normal 6-8 weeks. Finding that discouraging, I told them I am willing to pay out of pocket for the root canal which would have came out to over $800. They proceeded to tell me it is better to wait until they hear back from the insurance and also wait until the antibiotics kick in.

I checked in weekly, left voicemails, and emailed them to let them know I was still in severe pain even after taking Tylenol 3, antibiotics and ibuprofen. Reception told me I had to continue to wait until the insurance goes through.

After many nights of not being able to sleep I went to the ER. I ended up needing an emergent pulp debridement on the tooth.

The following week, I hear back from K&H dental informing me they sent over the wrong insurance information and need me to send it in again.

I was absolutely shocked to hear this after waiting all this time and giving them a copy of my insurance on the day of. I feel so let down in the service I received here and would not recommend anyone having dental pain to come here.

Discovered 3 years later that all root canals were done improperly, resulting in infections and having to have all of them now redone elsewhere. Crowns were also sealed improperly which let fluids and other debris under them.

My child was referred here for a root canal, and it was the worst experience. She was 9 years old at the time of treatment, i was allowed in the room the first time but then the second session staff did not allow me in the room and thats when the male Dentist was rude, and disrespectful to my daughter. The room was not sanitized until we were already in the hallway waiting, and witness them doing it incorrectly. I would not recommend anyone taking their children here.
