Been taking the whole family to Kand H dental for years always telling me I had great teeth and no problems. four months ago I was telling them of an issue I had of sensitivity. I walked away with no answers, and they also didn’t even realize my daughter had a cavity. Finally, I went to a new dental group to find out that I have bone loss, which is causing the sensitivity and eight cavities on top of that very disappointed in K and H.

All he care about is money he dont want help you! Recommen expensive procedure for no reason!

I told him I wasn't completely numb, instead of trying to help he proceeded to argue with me. Then he grabbed a needle and poked me four times in the front of my mouth. Immediately after he poked me he asked fora scalpel and that's when I called the procedure off and asked for a referral to someone else. He is rude, uninformative, and it made the experience horrible. I'm so thankful I asked to see someone else.

terrible work quality, failed to explain procedure to me , ended up totally destroying my previous dental work without a chance to make new one and disfigured me causing me severe emotional distress, All they cared about is sticking patients with expensive procedures that they don't need and that they are pushed to pay instantly. poor poor disgusting work quality. it was a terrible mistake that I trusted his judgement and I paid dearly for it, financially and emotionally.

Great Doctor, very good care even he had a lot of patients, he spend time with me to discuss my treatment and answer my questions, he has knowledge and skill; he numb very well, and pulled my teeth with no pain and did my bone surgery , in very good time and I really recommend him for all. thanks Dr. Kaou for your care
