Amazing results. The other people I saw wanted to extract teeth. Dr Mahony avoided this using an expander and Damon braces. I couldn't be happier

My experience with Dr Derek was disappointing . The initial consultations with him were very brief; I was there with my mum and we felt like we could not address much of our questions and concerns to him as he kept on rushing to get us out the door. I rarely saw him after the consultations; each time I came in for a treatment, it was by a different staff. This came as a surprise and disappointment to me. Whenever I had questions, the staff could not help me and said that they would have to check with Dr Derek. I once asked how much longer my treatment would be before my braces are ready to be removed, and the staff replied in a quite aggressive tone that I have to pay any outstanding amounts before they can remove my braces. Poor customer service is and it seems like they only care about making money.
