The office walls are paper thin and I could hear another patient telling his story. Probably not what he wanted. Krackower drew my blood and left me with a bruise. Never happened before and not going to let him do it again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Krakower's for the last 5 years and have always felt like I received excellent care. He truly listens to his patients and I have never felt rushed. Getting an appointment for a yearly physical takes a while but when I was having a problem I was able to get in the same day I called. Front staff is wonderful and always polite.

I have nothing but superlatives to say about Dr. Krakower. He listens; he's personable and compassionate. He worked with me as he and a GI doctor successfully treated some stomach problems that were significantly affecting my quality of life (especially in the mornings). He takes his time; I never feel rushed or unwelcome. He even draws blood in the office, making that dreaded extra trip to the lab unnecessary. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I probably see him one or two times a year, but in the last three years he has been dead wrong on one diagnosis, and totally clueless one the other two.

I was a patient of Dr. Krakower's a few years ago upon recommendation of a friend (after I'd been to a truly dreadful doctor in S. Arlington). Dr. Krakower was always friendly, polite, and caring. He took the time to listen and never was condescending. I needed blood drawn and was shocked that he did it himself in the exam room! How often do you get that kind of service from a doctor?

Office staff can be extremely rude--have been at window when they yelled at patient on phone, and then hung up. However, Dr. Krakower is very nice, listens carefully, doesn't rush, and seems genuinely concerned with any issues you are having. I have recommended him to friends. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment, due to no back-up--you always see Dr. Krakower.

He is a very caring, personable man who listens and responds. Willing to explain and discuss options and doesn't patronize his patients the way some doctors do. Sometimes seems a little hurried, but I think he's trying to maintain his schedule.

Great doctor and I have recommended him to several friends in search of a new physician. He is quite knowledgeable and listens to what you are saying.
