Decided to go with Michelle for my 4th delivery. After notifying her at 5 am about my symptoms, she send her assistants to check on me at noon. Stating she would be here to check on me her self but due to her having a consult she never showed up. She did call me at 1 pm to collect the rest of the payment.

Her staff checked on me and started me on herbs to jump start my labor. They didnt not set the bed correctly, no emergency supplies, fetal monitor were left behind, ambu bag, or medicine for hemorrhaging was present. My labor progressed quickly. Michelle and her staff were unreachable until multiple calls were made. My husband ended up delivering our child at 5pm. Michelle showed up after. After pursing a partial refund through my credit card. Michelle never offered any refund even though she didnt do what was stated in the contract, be present to deliver the baby.

She's amazing! After 3 hospital births, I decided to use a midwife. It was hands-down the BEST & most thorough care I experienced for both my baby and self. I wish I could go back in time and make this choice for all of my babes!
