She is relatively nice to patients but is an absolute witch to other staff. Watching her interact with colleagues and reception, I have no idea how she hasn’t been kicked out of group practice. She really should look into counseling or another career.

Dr. Williams is a very kind, compassionate and attentive physician. She's so knowledgeable and I really like how supportive she is of medical students and their learning.

It's hard to imagine there's a better, more caring or capable doctor than Dr. William's. We've been with her since she began (moved to her by an excellent Doctor who retired that we were sad to lose until we met Dr Williams)

She has seen us through far too many difficult health problems and has sent us to excellent specialists, does intensive follow up and you can tell that she and her staff genuinely care

The practice has worked very hard to reduce wait times and has brought in a team that gives excellent all around care

Dr Williams is a wonderful doctor, she understands you, she listens, directs you. YouALWAYS get a follow up call with results of tests (which I’ve never experienced with other doctors). I have complete trust and faith with her!
The staff is also caring, I am so pleased, thank you Dr Williams for being you!

I'm not sure if it's because I have a strange but serious medical condition(s) or if it's because she treats every patient like this, but I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Williams. She is diligent, incredibly thorough and very kind. When I call with a concern, she fits me in within a day or so and I have found that wait times in the office have drastically been reduced in the last few years. She's incredibly supportive of new things I want to try (naturopathic rememdies etc.) and I would recommend anyone try and become a patient of Dr. Williams because she has to be one of the best doctors out there.

Got billed for missing an appointment- despite me telling the front desk I could wait no longer ( 10 am appointment- now 12 noon). Told her to stuff it. Next app't- after 1 hr 15 min. wait- I wait to front and presented a bill for my time. (that went over well:)) Dr. Williams does not seem to give a lick about your issue- and the entire visit about my back spasms, she never even looked/touched or probed the affected areas. Go get X rays- and NO follow up since then

Very poor experience with this doctor. She has messed up my medication on many occasions and has caused me a lot of stress. She does not handle the basics well, which should be expected of a GP.

Dr. Williams has been an excellent dr for my children and I. She listens, hears the concerns and takes her time to ask relevant questions. She is very professional along with other staff. My only complaint is wait times can vary (reasonable to over an hour) which is hard with young children. I would definitely recommend Dr. Williams.
