My niece recently gave birth to her first child. When the grandfather (my brother — outside of the room) asked how mother/baby were doing, Dr. Jones-Klug gave him a thumbs-up that everything was fine. Then, she kept swiftly walking away when she knew the whole time that the new mother was in the room hemorrhaging and in shock. She knew she had left the nurses in a total frenzy to deal with everything. Dr. Jones-Klug left the room and never returned to check on my niece for the entire duration of her hospital stay. This is such a sickening lack of compassion and lack of care. There are other patients with similar and worse experiences with this same doctor. How is this doctor still employed? How is it that there are no disciplinary actions listed on her license?
