Dr Mason is knowledgeable and has good side matters BUT, her head nurse who calls in medications prescriptions is inapt due to never receiving the medication the doctor had recommend and prescribed to begin in office interval injections to treat my osteoporosis. I waited for three months before contacting the office. The head nurse Jen stated I needed to contact my insurance which I did, later I received notification from CVS specialty that the medication had been approved but they needed the doctors prescription. I notified Dr Mason Nurse Jen, to inform her of the status of my medication approval. She dropped the ball and never got back to me 7 months later, I received a call from Dr. Mason office for a follow up visit to monitor the medication injection I never received. This office lack of patients follow up, communication of network all leads to a dangerous health care. I rate it one star or less due to office

Dr. Mason demonstrated a very poor bedside manner. Used strictly laboratory data to manage patients thyroid instead of addressing patient concerns or how patient feels. I would not recommend Dr. Mason for new Thyroid patients.
