He is very condescending and rude. He doesn’t want to listen to what issues his patients are having, he told my partner to stop talking and kept trying to push him off to another Doctor. Our GP plus the Dermatologist both have said they can’t help that a rheumatologist is needed. Yet he has no empathy or compassion for his patients. Would never recommend him for anyone who is suffering greatly.

Dr. Rachapalli was cordial, competent and to the point. Although he was unable to help me beyond blood tests, he made recommendations that were helpful in the pursuit of a diagnosis for what is an emergent and complex illness. Having seen a number of specialists I recognize that they do what they can within the constraints of their speciality. One can not ask for more.

I am currently dealing with this life changing multi layered diseases. I have been a patient of this doctor for a year and a half now with no diagnosis. The staff is non professional and incompetent. I’m told by the staff to call drug companies and 3rd party insurance companies myself. The doctor has said he will see me in 2 months, and that he may have missed something. I am unable to work due to my health condition but have received no follow up from this doctor. I’m waiting to see a different rheumatologist. In this time of a stressed medical system I would recommend not to use this doctor because time is important, but not important to this doctor .

He was rude, condescending and arrogant. No bedside manner. Hadn’t read my file. Acted as if I was wasting his time. Spoke over me and incredibly fast. Wouldn’t let me explain, without interrupting. Just unkind and uncaring. When asked how long he had been a rheumatologist- his response was “long enough “

Is Dr. Rachapolli still around? I saw him twice (6 monthly) last visit was over a year ago! What happened? Is he still around? No renewal on blood tests, still on same meds.

Dr. Rachapalli is my third Rheumatologist in 15 yrs. 1 st was great, 2nd is a real dud!
Dr. Rachapalli is excellent, by far. Jen’s great and they make a good team.

This doctor is amazing! So kind and professional. It has been hard getting a good receptionist apparently. He should not be judged on that, he is a wonderful doctor.
