I waited over three months for a booking, took a day off work to go and the DR saw me for less then 10min. I spent more time paying at reception for the appointment then the actual time he saw me.
The Dr did less then my local GP did to assess my condition and he continually corrected me when I used the word Vertigo like I was a child.
He then told me to see a neurologist and get a hearing test and when I asked if he could help me it was a complicated answer that meant No.
A week later my GP had still not received the note that the DR spent most of my appointment dictating into his phone.

I came to see Dr Panizza to have my broken nose fixed as breathing was no good. After surgery my nose looked like a sausage & breathing only last about six months. Not impressed I did go back & he got me to use more nasal sprays which really didn’t do much. I have sense been to a plastic surgeon who had to use cartilage from my rib to make 5 crafts to fix my nose.

am thanking my lucky stars today to have seen Dr Ben Panizza who was referred to me by my sister. He is just so professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I was diagnosed with a very rare tongue tumour on the base of my tongue which was clear cell carcinoma of the salivary gland type. I must say we had consulted 3-4 specialists regarding surgery and all had similar views that I may end up losing almost all my tongue, not able to swallow and speak. Dr Panizza reviewed my case again and ran a 2nd MRI and gave us the good news that the tumour can be removed and re assured me that I will be fine. The surgery went on for 12 hrs. Dr Panizza was able to remove the whole tumour, save about 3/4's of my tongue and I can speak as well not really clearly but almost there. He was also fantastic when I was in the hospital. He gives me positive energy and brightens my day not only I but my parents think he is god sent.
Finally I must add Dr Panizza is a doc who thinks from his heart n cares for his patients like his own therefore he gave me the best possible treatment without leaving me handicapped which was very possible according to the other docs. So here I am getting ready for my radiotherapy in a weeks time. I would highly recommend Dr Panizza to anyone needing an ENT specialist. Thank you so much doc for looking after me.

I was referred to Dr Panizza when an unidentified mass was seen on MRI in my paraphangeal space. I have seen him 4 times now including the operation to remove the mass which he performed. . He was always efficient, informed and decisive. A very skilled professional whom I feel grateful to have handle my case.

Needed treatment for perineural invasion and was referred from interstate to Dr Ben Panizza in Brisbane as he was held in high regard by my specialist dermatologist. The appointment with Dr Ben was soon after the referral. My case was referred to the Head and Neck Clinic at Princess Alexandra Hospital at which the operation procedure was determined. The cancer and approach to surgery was clearly explained. Surgery followed soon after and even though I was only in hospital overnight Dr Panizza visited me twice. At followup visits Dr Panizza explained clearly my status and at 10 months I was clear of the cancer but there is still a possibility of recurrence. I have a great respect and gratitude for Dr Panizza's knowledge and skill and pleased I was referred to him.

I was referred to Ben by Dr Tony Parker after persistent ear pain and an MRI showed an 8th cranial nerve tumour. Dr Panizza is extremely upfront and straightforward regarding what is going on, what the problem is, how he intends to fix it, and what the possible complications are. He won't mess you around or tell you that everything will be easy or perfect, but I appreciate his frank approach. He worked in conjunction with Dr Martin Wood to complete an 8 hour operation to remove the tumour with great success, minimal (almost no) residual facial nerve damage. I was home four days later. His bedside manner whilst I was in hospital was fantastic. I still see him every 12 months for review of some other tumours and find he always takes time to carefully review my scans, discuss any changes to symptoms, and propose a plan for the next 12 months. He is a wonderful doctor that I would recommend highly to anyone.

After I relapsed with Meniere's, Ben Panizza was amazing, his care, concern and informative, conservative approach allowed me to return to having a life. 15 years later, I still singing his praises, his approach may not suit everyone but I'll rather a man who does what he says he will, than a cowboy who makes promises that turn out to be very expensive BS
