It's been a couple years since I've had a throat infection. This one freight trained me and I was having trouble swallowing which eventually leading to breathing difficulty. I decided to take a trip to the Lions Gate ER where they hooked me up with Kristian. After a couple tests and an xray he hooked me with exactly the right antibiotics I need and within an hour I felt like a million bucks and slept like a champ. His way of doing things set me at ease quick. Due to the times we are in you can tell why I was a little stressed with breathing difficulites. Thanks again for helping me out Kristian.

I fully agree with others that this doctor is rude, arrogant and dismissive. If it is his own personal character in his daily life, it doesn't matter and who would care about it. However, if you meet this doctor at Emergency Room, this is a totally different story. In my experience, he made his own wrong decision and stick with it until he wasted a golden time of treatment. This doctor does what he likes to do, not what needs to his patient even though he has wrong diagnosis. It seems he did not recognize how he misbehaves. My experience with this doctor at ER was not like a hospital for treatment, it was a wrong place with a wrong person. I am wondering if this doctor is aware of what his duty is in his medical job. When a professional doctor has low ethical standard, he would become a dangerous threat to public easily. If you happen to meet this doctor at Emergency Room, look for another one or just run away from him!

This doctor is horrible as he is rude and arrogant. I doubt his medical knowledge and/or he seems not interested in patients, and definitely not a good fit for serving patient as doctor.

This doctor was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. I went to the hospital to get help with an extremely sore and swollen throat, burning ears, and a fever. He was not interested in any of my past medical history, nor did he perform an actual exam to find out what was wrong. I told him that in the past I've had fevers as high as 107, accompanied by the same symptoms I had that day, and he said that a fever that high was "a good thing" and to just stay at home if it happens again. His tone was completely out of line and he came across as if he had something to prove. He did, however, take the time to belittle doctors who work in walk-in clinics. If, for any reason, you have to go to emergency at the Rockyview Hospital request NOT to see this doctor. He wasn't concerned about my health or well being so chances are he won't be concerned about yours.

Waited a very long time in emergency, and was told that it was likely a virus and nothing more. He was not interested in past history with these same symptoms. He said that a fever is a good thing - body is fighting back. I don't disagree, but was told that it doesn't matter how high a fever gets, it is nothing to worry about. I find that to be very dangerous advice. Personal experience with being hospitalized for cooling a high fever meant nothing to him - said hospitals don't do that - must have been for dehydration. He wasn't there! His attitude was offensive and his "bedside manner" is non-existent. Not a good fit for dealing with people.
