I've been getting orthotics for many years and by far Dr. R has done the best job at the most reasonable cost. With her orthotics my pain is resolved and I didn't pay anything at all. With other orthotics my pain was only improved and I still had to pay out of pocket as they charged more than my insurance covers. She is the only person I recommend for orthotics and I do recommend her very highly

I have a pleasure to be her patient for a few years. Always well organized, precise, with good bedside manners. She truly cares and does her best to get a right diagnosis, and inform and explain it to the patient.
She helped me and my family members with plantar fasciitis, stress fracture, flat feet, ganglion cyst, bunion, onycholysis, etc. I would highly recommend her! Thank you for being excellent!

I found the whole experience to be pleasant. Dr. Randhawa and the staff were very organized, got me in quickly for an appointment, and answered all my questions. As a new client, I found her to be patient and very knowledgable in answering all of my inquiries and helping me treat my feet. She was fair in her assessments and gave me lots to think about. I left feeling good and knowing what I need to do to improve my health. Thank you!

She went out of her way to help me and make herself available on her days off when I had a question. No arrogance at all, very down to earth and kind. Also has made the best orthotics I’ve had over my 20 years of wearing orthotics! Fantastic experience.

Great experience. Professional, kind and caring. Staff were helpful and friendly. Received orthotics for myself and my teenage son. I was unsure about the process and the product, but she explained everything thoroughly and both of us have had a huge improvement in our symptoms. Highly recommend!

I got orthotics from her, and have had many pairs before seeing her, though this pair has changed my life. I did not even realize i was in pain until I realized how good my feet can feel after seeing her. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had a sore left ankle and choose Dr. Randhawa to evaluate my condition as her ranking of Podiatrists was #2 in Vancouver. I was fortunate to get a quick appt. but was kept waiting for more than 30 min. After the examination I was told that my issue was Plantar Fasciitis.
This was after a 30 min evaluation and $95 fee. No x-rays or other tests done. Next day I was in severe pain and ended up in the emergency at St. Josephs where after a blood test/ x-rays was diagnosed with Gout -uric acid to high.
I would not recommend this Podiatrist who might be qualified for selling one an orthotics but in my estimation where I was previously consulted by a now retired Podiatrist .
This Doctor should have got me to do a blood tests and fluid samples to diagnose gout. Diagnosing plantar fasciitis, on the other hand, only requires physical examination and imaging tests.
