I was new to the area and had a lupus diagnosis and was having a severe flare. I couldn't get into a rheumatologist for months, except for her, so I took it just to get some treatment. My PCP had put me on steroids to help calm the flare until I could get in to see someone and avoid hospitalization. I brought her years of labs, reports, etc and she spent an entire ten minutes with me, disregarded all of my health records and said my diagnosis was wrong and that I didn't have lupus. She is literally the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my entire life and I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. Thankfully a friend of mine spoke with her rheumatologist over an hour away and he got me in ASAP and I couldn't be more thankful.

Recommend by a long time patient of hers and I was treated awful. Filled out an extremely long application online, waited, was called about insurance told no problem waited, filled out medical requests waited. Called and told didn't accept Medicare. After all that, they now have all that information!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Front desk staff rude and very put off if you ask to check into something. Always sat at least 30 minutes or more in waiting area then another 30 or more in room. Dr was not up on what your conditions were even though you brought to her attention. Not helpful in suggesting treatments. Problems or questions. Seemed put out if questioned anything. Definitely would not recommend.

I have only seen this doctor twice and she seems to be very knowledgeable and explains procedures and reasons for lab work very well. The staff (nurse or receptionist) seems to be the problem. The doctor sent me to have an MRI done to make sure I have a correct diagnosis but her staff has not been able to correctly complete the order form, which has caused me to cancel twice at the hospital where I am scheduled to have the test done. Even the technicians and a nurse from the hospital have called the doctor's office to instruct them on how to complete the order form. So far I have eight weeks without having done the MRI, and I have to keep extending my appointment date with Dr. Brionez so that she can tell me if the diagnosis is correct or not. The other issue is that my pharmacy and I have been requesting a refill of my medication for four weeks now and they still cannot approve it. Finally I just had to call my gastroenterologist to refill it and they did it on the same day I called them. The staff really means A WHOLE LOT when your looking for a new doctor. I was with my last rheumatologist for 14 years but she retired...I don't think I will be able to stay with this one.

It was my first appointment with this dr. I had brought the previously lab work. She wasn't listening to what my issue was not did she acknowledge the previous lab work. I wouldn't recommend this Dr.

I had my first appt as a new patient today. My first impression was not good because the receptionist is snotty. I sat and listened to how she speaks on the phone also. She needs to put a smile on her face. The nurse and doctor were nice. We will see how the follow up goes. The receptionist may be the deal breaker though.
