I have been going to Dr. Johnson for over 12 yrs. He is very attentive & takes time with the appointment so everything is communicated. My appts. last as long as I have questions or need to discuss a particular symptom. He is very knowledgeable & has a terrific bedside manner. I believe he really does care about his patients well being . Martha, his Nurse, is great. She’s very personable, also seems to genuinely care about her patients. She is also easily available for phone calls which we all know is a huge PLUS. I’ve never had billing issues, office staff has been great & I never have issues getting an appointment if needed. I Highly Recommend Dr. Johnson & Staff!

Dr. Johnson and his winning staff keep me going back. I feel well taken care of, and I know that he stays on top of things that pop up as I age. Been there now over four years and I highly recommend him.

Dr Johnson is so incredibly knowledgeable. I had been to 6 doctors prior to him. Unbelievable staff and punctual. He made eye contact and really listened to my story of events...came up with a plan and I finally feel better after a year of pain. He is a wonderful caring DR.

We moved recently and my new primary care Dr referred me to Dr Johnson. The appointments person was rude and condescending as she informed me that my old rheumy needed to fax data to prove I actually have RA first and then they would consider taking me. But no, she can't request the data because I'm not a patient of theirs! I'm sure he's a great Dr but I have to question if he even wants new patients?

Dr. Randall is great and I'm so glad I was referred to him. Martha, his medical assistant, is also awesome. They both made me feel like I actually was cared about and had someone on my side. The medical secretary on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Rude to the point of obnoxious, talks down to you, and all around hateful... the last thing I feel like dealing with when I'm in pain. If it wasn't for her I'd give a 5 star rating. If everyone in the office acted like she does, I'd change doctors. Again... Dr. Randall is great is I really feel like he'll help me get my RA and pain from it under control. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he's very soft spoken and he's gentle when examining. If you can get past the rudeness of the medical secretary, he's well worth the wait to get an appointment.

I have been with Dr. Johnson for 10 years now . He has made my life worth living again. I have several different health issues and have many other Dr. For that reason. Not one of these Doctors compare to dr Johnson, his ability to diagnose, his bedside manors and his personality. He makes me feel I really matter to him. By the way his staff are very kind and very helpful

Haven't made it to the doctor, because the scheduling process was so horrible, I never made the appointment. Some of the rudest people I have encountered.

This is a dynamic doctor who is at the top of his game and whose bedside manner stands second only to his incredible diagnostic ability. Excellent care from his kind staff too. Great experience from initial diagnosis to ongoing care.

Even though test result showed inflammation and my doctor referred me to Dr. Johnson, he refused to even see me because after 5 days of having my paperwork, he felt he could not help me. Office staff was horrible and rude, and one time I called I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I felt like I had to audition to become a patient of his. I am happy now that he does not want to see me because if this is how he treats potential patients, I don't feel that I would get quality care. I AM NOT PAPERWORK, I AM A HUMAN!!! HOW CAN HE EVALUATE ME BEFORE I HAVE EVEN SEEN HIM!!! Doctors like him are the root of what is wrong with our health care, not caring about the patients. Maybe my insurance wouldn't pay enough...

Dr. Johnson was great. The office staff was horrible. The office manager Debra is very unprofessional, unethical, and shouldn't be in healthcare with her attitude. Food is more important to her than the care of patients. The staff ruined the whole office visit and I wouldn't recommend anyone!!
