I was told that the office handles WCB patients. I arrived on time. Then, the doctor told me she does not handle WCB.. as she does not fill out the forms. My second problem was that I had an endocrinologist.. said she did not understand my thyroid problem.. then she asked me how long have you been here.. told her I was born in Canada.. she then said" I am not interested in having you as a patient..

Waited over 2.5 hours for walk-in appointment. When she saw me she was very uninterested in helping. I needed two forms filled out for joining the Canadian Armed Forces (urine analysis and knee exam). When I noticed she was hesitant in helping I briefly asked if it would be better for me to see different doctor? She said yes, closed my file and scooted me out the door. Would not recommend her.

I was told she could do cartilage piercings. I assumed she would be using a hollow needle as this is the standard practice for cartilage piercing. When she finally came into the room she came in with a gun. I told her I didn't want the piercing and she made me feel guilty about not being able to use the tools she had already taken out of the package. In the end she pierced the wrong area even though we had gone over where I would like the piercing. As a doctor she shouldn't be offering piercings. I would never go back to her and have learned my lesson to go to a professional next time!

I've tried to be patient with this clinic but after today's experience, I am certain that Dr. David does not care about her patients and would rather take in walk-in friends than people who have been waiting over an hour, with an appointment, to see her. Dr. David has no sense of urgency and expects people to wait when she deals with personal matters. When I did see her, she was unwilling to listen and seemed uninterested. I'm now searching for a new doctor...

Worst doctor I've ever seen. And I've seen some doozies. She took decent care of my baby and the prescription worked so that's a point in her favour. When she looked at my other daughter she noticed her freckles (though didn't know the word for them...really?!) and said she must get them from me. She then suggested I have treatments done on her new machine to get rid of them! I told her I like my freckles and she replied with "really!?" Three times! Now, I'm a grown up and I do like my freckles but to suggest that they are unattractive in front of my 7 year old daughter, who has them too, is absolutely unacceptable! I'd have had a lot to say to her if my kids hadn't been there. All this after making us wait 40 minutes, taking another patient in front of us because the support staff hadn't weighed my kids yet (!) and then chatting with a friend in the lobby for 15 minutes. I am not exaggerating. This woman should not be allowed to have patients. I'll never see this awful woman again.

I started seeing this doctor as she was taking new patients. I found her to be: rude, impatient, lacking empathy, and most of all INCOMPETENT. Every prescription I ever got from her was written incorrectly, and I had to return to her office to get the first one corrected. The pharmacist caught the other mistakes, but I still had to return for the correct refills. She was harsh with my daughter, berating her on her health issues. She refused to prescribe me something unless I used one of her secondary services which cost extra, she rolled her eyes and got visibly annoyed when I asked questions. After being hospitalized for high blood pressure, and went in for my checkup, she did not even check my blood pressure!!! I had to go out to the lobby to find her to remind her to do so. She also would leave the room leaving you unsure if she was coming back. She sits and types on the computer - doesn't look at you, let alone examine you! I gave her 6 months trial. NEVER seeing her again.

Previous complains are from westbrook I am positive dr david is the best doctor and very brave she will read your mind right away she is very helpful too. Also her staff is incredible in all ways..I am proud to be her patient...

If you want antibiotics, then this doctor is the one to go to. Even though my condition still exists, she refuses to send me for another scan or send a referral to a specialist. 3 prescriptions of antibiotics and the lumps are still there. I am looking for another doctor.

This is probable the worst doctors office I have been to in my life. Wait times are incredibly long, even with appointments. The staff messed up a specialist appointment I had that they had referred me to but lacked to inform me of the date and time. I ended up waiting 8 months to get in again with the specialist.
