We went to for a FREE consultation as stated by his staff and the email we got before going , after spending less than 10 min with us they told us to pay $500 for his time ! He recommended a plan and when i asked why not do something else he said ok! Like where is your judgment !
Where is his integrity stating free consultation and charging almost $500 !
Staff were not professional either nor were able to explain or justify taking this amount of money for nothing !
I can’t believe this is the attitude of the dean !!

Can’t complain about anything really. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, always on schedule and my daughter is comfortable with everything. Of course cost is an issue but not much we can do about that.

Dr. Paul Major is an outstanding orthodontist. I found him very pleasant and knowledgeable and his team was great. Incredibly pleased with my results and would recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately my parents took his advice on removing adult teeth due to my small jawline and I am now left with an unattractive side profile due to a recessed chin. As an adult I am now learning he should of expanded my palette instead to fit the teeth. He didn't align my bite properly or address my TMJ. I am now told I'll need implants to replace the teeth he wrongly advised us pulling if i wish to correct the mess he made. Extremely saddened we went to Paul Major.

Dr major did my braces and messed up my midline, now i have Tom cruise teeth:( I cant fix them now because I got a dental implant before I noticed the problem,which is right beside me front tooth. Also my teeth didnt shift. I still fit my original retainer.

Suffered greatly because of his careless and stupid mistake. He didn't even apologize and laughed it off saying, I guess you need to start over again. Do not go to this man, he is arrogant and doesn't care if he mistreats you.

As someone that was initially apprehensive about embarking on an orthodontic program, I quickly relaxed and looked forward to each appointment. I just got my braces off and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Major was approachable and patient in answering my many questions, kept me informed of next steps, highly professional and prompt. He and his staff ensure a welcoming, positive environment that I have recommended to other family members.
