I have been seeing Dr. Karen Quinn at Integra Naturopathics for a couple of years now. I was hit by a car while I was walking across the street a couple of years ago. I have severe pain flare- ups in my neck/shoulder that can last a couple of hours to a few days. The pain is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I get migraines, have had broken ribs, wisdom teeth out under the gum line, front teeth knocked out with nerves exposed, bursitis, broken collarbone, broken tailbone, sprained ankles....just as a comparison...and the pain I experience in these flare-ups is worse than all of these other pains combined. Dr. Karen can take a 10/10 flare-up and reduce it 25-50% in a matter of hours after seeing her. Over the past couple of years I have noticed my symptoms lessening in intensity, duration and frequency. She is one of the most intelligent chiropractors I have ever seen. She is thorough, kind, intuitive, patient and has a great sense of humour. She is always coming up with new ideas, techniques or suggestions for me to try. She is truly a God-send and I don’t know what I would do without her.

Dr. Quinn has been my Chiropractor more than 10 years. She has proven time and time again to be caring, considerate and compassionate. She helped me to understand that it is essential to my overall health that chiropractic care be a regular part of my life. I know without a doubt that I can voice any concerns I might have with her and she will listen to me and will address my issues in a way that makes sense to me. I was at a loss trying to figure out what wrong with me. I was having all sorts of back pain, neck pain and issues with my jaw and ear. Dr. Quinn was the first person to actually listen to my concerns and she took the time to fully understand them. I had seen doctors, specialists, Accupuncture, chiropractors, dentists,and after 1 visit with her I already felt considerable improvement. Her knowledge and approach is very different from anything else nice experienced and I recommend her to everyone I know. I always leave her office feeling relieved and just overall healthier and better than when I walked in. If you have even the slightest reservations about chiropractic work, go see Dr. Quinn!! You will be forever changed.
