Very disappointed in this doctor. Never feels like she’s there to help or look into other reasons why something might be the way it is. Her attitude is very cold and I inviting. Do not recommend.

Every time I've gone to seen her she has either rolled her eyes at me, cut me off mid explanation or dismissed the reason for my visit as nothing. She is always late (even if you are her first patient of the day) and got angry at me when I had more than one issue I wanted to discuss with her. On my last visit she was reluctant to write me the referrals I was asking for. I only ever received one of the referrals and the appointment is for over a year from now. The best part of my last visit? She asked me who my family doctor is.... it's her. I have to give the one woman they have working the desk credit though, they are always slammed and the phone is always ringing and she seems to manage it pretty well.

I believe some people conflate manner and competence. No, Dr. Zandy is not that personable, but her knowledge and ability are without doubt. She easily diagnosed and prescribed for an acute diverticulitis, and has treated me for everything from chronic staph. infection to cardiac enzyme elevation, to knee injury. I was also referred by her to specialists on several occasions, who backed up her initial diagnosis and treatment. She is very receptive of patient input. I think very highly of her.

She should not be a doctor.
She does not seem to be happy dealing with patients...,I could go on.

She used to be great but has become very unfriendly and dismissive. She rolls her eyes and made me feel like an inconvenience to her day. I called to book an appointment with her once. When I arrived I was told I was seeing the walk in doctor instead, I had called 2 hours prior. When I explained I could have done that nearer to my house and I specifically wanted to see her I was again made to feel like a nuisance. She doesn't follow up anything. Tells you off for not wanting to explain the reason for a visit to the rude recepition staff in front of a room full of people. It feels like it is all about paying off the Porsche these days.

My first visit to Dr. Zandy was as a walk-in. She refused to cooperate with a simple request for a test I required. I had waited over an hour to see her. I mentioned that I was looking for a new GP and she told me to put my name on the wait list. I was surprised to be called shortly afterwards to come in for a meet and greet. She had no intention of taking me on and could have told me at the first visit as I had provided a copy of my history. She told me I should return to the crazy clinic I had been going to. I'm not surprised to read the many comments regarding her rude and dismissive attitude. She doesn't want chronic care patients, yet by the sound of it, she can't handle acute problems either. After wasting half my day going to the Edgemont Clinic where she lurks now, she stood up and said with a grin, "You're lucky I wasn't running late." Your luck with this doctor [?] will run out quickly.

This doctor was extremely rude and actually scared my children, she is not good with children at all. She left the room before we could ask her any questions and was very dismissive. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
