Expects you to commit to a Start of a six week 3x a week 55 dollars a pop after you pay the initial approx 200 bucks before they will even do the initial adjustment. This is only if you will commit to this extreme program. If you don’t attend the 3x a week they harass you and make you feel stupid and dumb and that your health is greatly affected. (Even after admitting you can’t afford it). They will guilt you into more spending by saying you don’t put a price on your health etc. I have been witness to dr Salanki blaming his staff for his mistakes in front of us patients or leave me on the adjustment chair to have a talk with his employees. Leaving me more late as he is NEVER ONTIME AND ALEAYS LATE. Don’t plan on getting in and out unless you see one of the other doctors. After the first 6 weeks they will admit you to “phase 2” where they expect 2x a week for another how ever many of weeks they decide as they care about the money. Plus They will only deal with 1 complaint at a time expecting you to go through the entire process of 3 first visits ( 200 bucks) before the initial 3x a week for the first 6 weeks. Seems that he wants the money for his many many trips he takes every year. In 1 year he has raised his rates 3x. I have been a patient for years and recently found other chiropractors that charge less and still do the sigma he so greatly claims to everyone that he is the only person to have this advanced technology in Niagara. Folks find the other chiropractors. Avoid this place and its doctors at all costs!!!!! They don’t care about you they only care about how much more money they can bring in but they do it with a smile. Only reason he has patients in my opinions is due to his excellent staff which are always changing.

I see Dr. Salanki every three months for accu-puncture to stimulate my adrenal gland giving me a boost of energy. He is my go to person for any health related questions I may have. I trust his advice. He is very knowledgeable. I consider him as my doctor. I look forward to seeing his helpful, friendly staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Salanki for over 30 years for mostly my chiropractic and carpal tunnel care. I have had great success with my carpal tunnel treatments and no longer suffer anymore pain. I continue my chiropractic maintenance and have my 6 children into the office as well. We all love the friendly staff and enjoy our visits. Whenever I have a new complaint it is handled professionally and they listen to my concerns and work on a plan to help with the pain and corrective action. My youngest enjoys quizzing the doctors on her visits. Its great having the option of old school adjustments or the new technology used and our family is split on that use and we can all get what we want which is nice.

I have being seeing Dr Salanki for both chiropractic care and have also had several sessions of acupuncture for both pain and a closed eye lid. The first time my eye lid closed I went to an eye specialist who wouldn't do anything but wait. It took over 6 weeks to fully open. The second time Dr Salanki treated me with acupuncture and my eye was back to normal in 3 weeks. The needles weren't painful . It also helped me manage pain from an inflamed bladder after surgery.

I started seeing Dr Salanki approximately 8 years ago. I was struggling greatly with sciatic nerve pain from a fall that had compressed a disc in my lower back (L4-L5). At its worst, walking, sitting and even laying in bed became difficult. I was bouncing between traditional manipulation and the Sigma System that Dr Salanki offered. The combination of that system and the electrified Acupuncture also offered by Dr Salanki was the difference for me. I will be the first to admit that I was not sold entirely on both when I first started my treatment there. I believe I was simply conditioned from decades of previous manual chiropractic treatment that it had to be hands on; twist, pull, wrench! It does not! Its there when needed though, I occasionally get a manual adjustment to balance my sacroiliac. Two different Doctors had told me that my sciatic issues would be best addressed by surgery. Dr Salanki did not feel that was a viable path at the time. The acupuncture and sigma system simply won the battle. I currently have not had to have acupuncture in approximately 5 years, the Sigma adjustments by Dr Salanki on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule keep me at work and play. His office and treatment studios are clean and comfortable. His staff are friendly and welcoming. I am truly thankful that I stuck with Dr Salanki and the Sigma system of chiropractic treatment.

I have been seeing Dr Salanki since 2014. He was the only doctor (saw several) able to resolve ongoing head and neck issues. Offered several treatment options and explained everything thoroughly.
