Dr. Stefan is the best ER doctor I have ever met. She is good-hearted, compassionate and caring. She gave me good and professional advice so that I could have peace of mind. She also provides swift responses to help me in any possible way!

I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. I found her to be a fully competent, compassionate and caring doctor. I would recommend her.

Has no right to be practicing medicine. Rude, judgemental, condescending, absolutely incapable of empathy. It is time that everyone here contact the administration of the hospital to have her disciplined. She lies and behaves in a completely unacceptable manner with patients. I will also be contacting the Ontario Medical Association to log a complaint. If you get her run!!!! I am trying to be very positive in my review.

Horrible bed side manners. The worse experience our family has had at TGH. My Mom was terrified the whole time she was ER. She is better off working in a lab or back of house clinic.

Unlike other patients who've submitted reviews for Dr Stefan, I found her to be extremely compassionate and caring. She took my concerns and symptoms seriously and it was due to her diligence that my urgent medical condition was diagnosed and attended to very quickly.

The first thing she said when she came in to see us was: I am not going to give you narcotics. And then she kept telling that we were not supposed to come there.... no help! She did nothing.

Very unprofessional, no bedside manners, laughed at the concern that brought me to ER. She made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid. Then I realized that my symptoms were real and that I was concerned about my health, nothing to be afraid/ashamed of as this doctor made me feel. I went for a neurological problem and she kept saying that she didn't know what other test to offer me because she is not a neurologist. Terrible experience. Disappointed that Sunnybrooke has this bad doctor.

She should not be consulting patients, but do research only. Terrible people person, does not look you in the eye. Aspergers?
