Dr Soneji became my doctor when my last one moved and I have been so happy and impressed with her. She truly listens, is compassionate, practical, and supportive, including on potentially sensitive topics. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a family doctor.

Dr Soneji is very caring. She is ok to say she doesn’t know something and will refer to specialist when needed. Her office is also a walk-in so can be busy. The setup works ok as you can book appointments online which is a good thing because the staff never answer the phone (didn’t used to answer emails before COVID but now have to). I don’t think in the 8 years I’ve been going to the office I’ve seen a single staff member smile!

Dr. Soneji is the best GP I have ever had. She is a consummate medical professional - an excellent listener, very knowledgeable, current, understanding and empathetic , warm and kind. When I visit her I feel completely respected and never feel that I am being rushed. I feel very fortunate that she is my doctor.

Dr Soneji is a caring and warm person. She really cares about her patients and wants to help. I find like most GPS her knowledge can be broader. The biggest issue is the office staff, since the clinic is a walk in clinic the staff don’t even try, they have a desk where they are almost hidden, never answer the phone and just treat people like they are forced to work there. Office management and staff need to be changed!
