I went there today appt took 2 1half hours I feel the exam was good but I was rushed in picking out glass frames before the exam and then I was told I needed stuff to wash my eyes and eye drops I was charged 150,dollars I did not know I could uy it on line for 88,dollars I thought because he was selling lt that was the only place I could buy it over charged 60 dollars rip off I asked several times what my vision was never got an answer called twice got hung up both times he said I had a bacterial in research it says I should be on antibiotics

This was the most unprofessional and rushed experience I've ever had during an eye exam. I've been to plenty of ODs over the years who really take their time to thoroughly do the eye text, specifically when doing the letter test. I came in for contacts and after less than 5 minutes to run through all the exams, I was sat down and told I would have to pay $179 for them to determine what kind of contacts I should wear. Outrageous. I declined and they continued to try and push eyeglasses on me. I asked for my prescription and left. If you want an accurate and thorough eye exam, please go anywhere else.

The Doctor is not professional. His staff was not knowledgeable and were not able to explain the procedures. I asked for the release of my RX to purchase my glasses online. He was very rude and said I had to pay for a copy of my prescription. He also stated he would not give me the pupil distance for me to order online. His glasses were too expensive and I found some online that I wanted to order. My Daughter always orders hers online and has not had any problems. I am new to the area and his office was close by. That is the only reason I made a appointment there. I will be going back to my prior Doctor. It is out of my way but worth it! Never again!

I have definitely discovered a jewel! I enjoyed my experience at 24/7 vision. The staff was very professional accomadating. I look forward to my yearly visit here.

Dr. Lacy and his staff are super nice . The staff was very helpful when I had to choose my glasses they didn't rush me like most places do. Dr. Lacy was a great doctor I highly recommend this place.

Worst doctor ever diagnose and then refrases a totally different thing not helpful at all staff never get back to you. Worst experience ever would never recommend to anyone.

I came out in this horrible weather, only to find the doctor and staff made my day!! I loved my frames, and they were a really good price! Dr. Lacy was very good and the ladies were very sweet too. I will be back.

It's not that I was hard to please, but sincerely, this doctor will be most attentive and friendliest as long as you are doing everything his way. I was definitely NOT going to please him by buying his expensive selection and especially NOT after trying to leave me with no choice but to buy from his frame selection. I am glad that he did not do the same with you or else he would've ruined your day.
