I was referred to this Dr. by my Gp recently in Kelowna. I had been dealing with pain for a while and it was becoming more painful and consistent. My GP thought we should have it checked out. When I woke up from my procedure, a piece of paper was lying on my chest and covering my chin. These were my results. I’ve had this procedure years before and was treated much better. Told to monitor on my paper. She has no class and she’s completely useless in my situation. In future, I suggest they put the results beside you on a side table. It’s much more dignified.

Very disappointed with my referral to Dr. Robbins now in Kelowna. Ordered colonoscopy before meeting and discussing health issues. Don't think colonoscopy was needed. Told me to follow up with GP? Did not properly respond to calls re problems from colonoscopy. Front
desk said not to worry about results...wasn't the issue, was ill from procedure. Said they would follow up with me in a few months. That was January, it is now mid May. Lost a great deal of weight, problems eating, pain that is not indicative of IBS. Went back to GP, doesn't know how to proceed. Very disappointed and not well.

What a wonderful experience it was meeting and being cared for by Dr. Robbins.Really changed my life and possibly saved my life.I just cannot say how fantastic it is to know there is still amazing caring doctors (specialists) out there.
