All of the staff is kind and helpful. I have serious anxiety relating to any sort of dental procedure and they made it incredibly tolerable. Dr. O’Neill has a great sense of humour and that is the best vibe when you are feeling nervous. Thanks for the great work and pleasant experience!

Would highly recommend Dr. O’Neill. Friendly, kind and welcoming experience. Very knowledgeable, explained every step of the procedure, offered additional comfort care and efficient tooth extraction. He came highly recommended by my dentist. Not to mention the excellent hygienist and dental assistants/booking clerks that managed to get me an earlier appointment and dealt with my insurance. Really appreciate Dr. Grady personally phoning me to check in on my healing progress. All around positive experience.

I would never recommend this Doctor and definitely not the Hygienist after what my wife went through.She has had nerve damage for two months now.We have paid thousands of dollars to these people and with out any accountability for what has happened.

Having deep pocket issues in my mouth I need freezing.I have gone for cleanings many times through out my years and been frozen with no issuesThis is a new office for me..On the day of my cleaning the Hygienist did not take her time and pierced a nerve.It was like an electric bolt.I have had a burning tongue for one month at this point 24 hrs a day.
When I went back to have it checked Dr O Neill just really said it just happens sometimes as if there was no compassion at all.I asked for reimbursement but he refused and rolled his eyes up.That upset me even more.They can damage someone possibly for life and not even care or give reimbursement.Having said that I would never recommend going there.

While I had hoped to save my tooth, Dr. O’Neill informed me it wasn’t possible and I knew it was the right choice after seeing the extracted molar. And along with the molar went the intermittent drenching night sweats and burning chest pain. Thank you!

I'm 71 years old, been to many, many dentists some better than others. Very impressed with Dr. O'Neil. I was only in the chair for an hour and 10 minutes during which time O'Neil froze me and extracted my last 5 lower teeth, (2 were lower eye teeth - not the easiest), then he put in TWO IMPLANTS in the same sitting and stitched up my gums. DONE ! In just an hour and 10 minutes with zero pain - and only needed 4 - T3's at home. Slept that night without any meds, and none thereafter the next days. Just wish I'd found this guy many years ago. I found a Dental Magician - but now I'm outta teeth - he got the last 5 !

My experience with Dr Grady O'Neill was horrific. I had work done under sedation and at the end of the extractions and work that was needed my partial didn't fit because he had removed a tooth that was supposed to stay and he left the tooth that was supposed to be extracted. He handed the partial to me and said give this to the denturist. I then had to go back because he had to put in an implant that had to be there to hold my partial in. I also had to pay for the cost of the implant. His staff was also not great. When I went in for one visit, the girl who was going to do xrays that were already taken took me for a different person and was going to do xrays again until I asked why. She said well, aren't you (insert any name but mine) and I said no and she said Oh, come with me and took me to another room. Then come the reception area. The accused me of not making a payment. They called me all month and all month I told them I had made the payment. They kept calling. I went in the following month and another girl, not the girl who was calling me all month said to me, oh, you didn't pay last month and as I was going onto my bank online on my phone to show I had paid she said Oh, nevermind, I needed to scroll down to see the last payment. I would not step through that door again for anything once I paid in full. Horrible place. All bubbles and sunshine up front but beware!

The attention of the staff was always efficient any time I went there. The Dr. Grady O'Neill is clear, concrete and sincere to explain and suggest the proper treatment. His charism and efficient work invites me to feel very calm. Dr. Grady O'Neill is EXCELLENT.
