I was Dr. Prata's patient over a year ago due to sciatica. I was tired of taking painkillers and not being able to walk without a "drop foot". Dr. Dan and his staff were fantastic. I have no pain or limp. I recommend Forward Motion to anyone who needs help. Thank you Fr. Dan. You're the best.

Upon beginning physical therapy with Daniel Prata and the staff at Forward Motion Physical Therapy I was not only impressed by the practical and effective techniques I was shown to strengthen and rehabilitate my body, but felt that being surrounded by such a knowledgeable, warm and personable staff mentally prepared me for the upcoming surgery and recovery I was facing.
