I've been going to garden state pain control for a couple years and when I 1st started going I always was seen by Binod and everything was ok I suppose....As time went on and he started not coming in as often as he normally did you were stuck with either a PA with a despicable attitude or his son who's sole mission is to drop your dosage strength no matter what the injury or how bad it may be..they are people in this office who get certain dosage strengths that the drs will swear up and down that they don't prescribe that strength and quantity of that medicine and the kicker is these people walk in with babies and yung kids and you'd think that the drs would be taking them down in their med dosage strengths but NOPE these same people come limping in like they're in a world of pain and while they're sitting waiting to be seen they're talking on their cells saying " yeah I'm about to be next how many do you want..meet me at the pharmacy we'll discuss the details there I'll call you when I'm leaving" now if that's not bad enough then this is even worse, the limp that they came in with after they get the scripts magically goes away and they can walk perfectly fine and these are people who are getting disability for their feigned injuries and ailments!! The one time when I was in the bathroom taking my urine test I dropped the specimen cup and when I went to bend down to pick it up there was a coca cola bottle with urine in it for the purpose of I'm assuming the next person who's going to take their urine test they're going to use the urine in the coke bottle because they obviously weren't going to pass their drug test..the staff is EXTREMELY rude, constantly have a bad attitude, they treat you like your garbage because of the medicine you take, they're pathological and habitual liars, they make fun of patients amongst the other staff members if the patient got them upset or argued with them, they will tell you over and over whatever you need done for example your insurance if you need something to be given to the dr and not only do they not do it but they will continuously lie that they did it until you either ask the dr and/or call the company personally and ask them yourself if its been completed which is usually NEVER done!! The dr sees all this 1st hand and doesn't do anything about it at all as if its not bad enough that your in wicked pain but now you have to deal with EVERYYYYYYTHING I just mentioned above. Maybe one day them or their family members will get hurt and hopefully someone does to them what they do to others!!

Dr. Binod p. Sinha is a wonderful man and amazing person in general. In a field of dr. who only care about making money. This dr. takes all your personal needs into consideration and treats as he sees fit, you arent just another name and injury that he treats without knowing you and your issues as a whole. i was injured in a car crash and suffer from kneck/shoulder and lower back pain. when i was told i had to see a pain dr. i was so scared but he made me feel like a injured patient not a junkie and not a $ sign!!!! i have been seeing him for 5+ years and have never found a reason to leave him, but plenty to remain his patient for as long as need be.If im having a pressing issue or need to change my app. him and his staff ALWAYS find a way to fit me in. i dont just consider this man my dr. i consider him my friend, and family! i never wait long, and his staff are also very friendly and helpful. If you want to be treated well and live a pain free life Dr.sinha is def. your man.

This is the worse place you can go for pain management. Sinha is always having problems with the FDA so they are constantly changing your medications around. This sucks when your a patients who takes the meds as prescribed for pain and then your meds are immediately decreased. And its not done medically its just done at the drop at a dime. Your pain scale is not taken into consideration, your injuries are not taken into consideration and if the meds are working I dont see why they would change. Now Sinha's son is working for his father and he knows nothing. He's just dropping peoples meds for no reason other than a young kid with nothing to do so his father let him work and he has no idea what he is doing. Go to a place that actually cares about relieving pain. You wait forever. The staff behind the desk is nasty. They give you pain meds and then they treat you like a junkie and they have that god complex knowing they can treat you any kind of way and you cant do anything. Do not come here.

Dr. Sinha uses a NP or PA. He is not in the office. He is not about helping people he is about getting them hooked and then u are f'd. I would strongly advise you go find another doctor. The staff is mean and abuse hippa regulations. If you have the cash and want to be a junkie he is your guy..

This doctor and his assistants are the best there is. Dr Sinha was more like a friend to me. Just can't say enough about these people. 100% cured now and on NO meds except some aleve once in a while. That wasn't always the case but with the support of Dr Sinha, and his expertise, I was cured!!!

Br. Binod Sinha is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He cares. He has lots of options he will present to you. He is a gentle, man who does not like to see people suffer, and his motivation is to that end. The staff could be a little more engaging but it’s a busy office and I think they are doing a pretty good job under that kind of pressure. I have been suffering with chronic pain for over 20 years. Bad days it’s impossible to get out of bed in the morning. Dr. Sinha has helped reduce those days to a once in a blue moon occurrence. Stress comes from chronic pain, that leads to depression and anxiety to the point where you just wish you had an understanding doctor like Dr. Binod Sinha. Few there be that find such a doctor and I wish all of you the peace and relief from pain I have found with Dr. Sinha. Thanks Doc. God bless you in helping others to find that kind of peace that makes life endurable and even pleasant for most of the time.Jeff
