I just got my braces off and although i love my teeth, i'm going to miss coming to Pure! The staff is super kind and caring. There is always great music playing, a movie playing, and their cookies were amazing. This was my favourite place to come as a kid. I would definitely recommend Pure Orthodontics!

I love how my teeth are looking. But disappointed with after they received my $8000.00, i was no longer a priority. After invisalign, my bottom wire retainer fell off several times, and the last time it did, no one would phone me back to put it back on. The only option they provided after the amount I already paid was to give them another I believe it was $2000.00, they did not follow up with my yearly checkup. Very upset that with all the money I spent, I have a terrible retainer that is cracking at the edges while other people I have spoken to were given at least two sets plus the wired retainer. Just disappointing to made to feel like I was no longer important to them.

I have had my invisalign so far for 6 months now, and i have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Jay! Not only is he very knowledgeable but he takes time to answer my questions that i have. The staff has ALWAYS been amazing , genuinely kind girls, thank you pure orthodontics for making me feel like i am apart of the team! keep up the good work!

I've only seen Dr.Amer in the clinic once, I tried to set up an appointment with him but the staff wont let me. Most of the staff are terrible. No customer service and they don't do an effort to help the client. I regret referring my cousin here, and won't no longer refer my brother in law.

They are all nice and friendly during consultation but good luck with issues after you already paid. Finance department wont admit the lack of better procedure, I tried to explain multiple times but they keep on dismissing the point, customer suffers the consequence of their negligence. Please take your money somewhere else where people actually cares about giving you a good service and not just a bunch of pretty face who are jaded and no customer service.

Happy we selected Pure Orthodontics as our families orthodontist. Our dentist referred us to Pure and we are so happy they did. We went for multiple opinions and ultimately decided upon Pure Orthodontics for convinience and affordability. Pure was very close to us and they were more willing to work with our budget. All the appointments were very well and my little one loved the cookies! Their smiles are amazing and they smile all the time! I would definitely recommend Dr. Hussein and Pure Orthodontics.

Thanks Dr. Hussain and all the doctors at Pure Orthodontics. You were the only clinic that would actually listen to my needs and straighten my smile! Everywhere else was pushing braces and surgery and they wouldn't even listen to what I wanted. I selected Pure Orthodontics because they were listed as the only top 1% Invisalign provider in Edmonton! I am so happy I went in for the free consultation and made my judgements about the clinic for myself! Very happy with the service, fee and results. Service was amazing, fees were reasonable and affordable and my teeth look outstanding! Thank you again to the whole Pure Team!
