Extremely useless as a doctor, misdiagnosed me contradicting years of medical assessments and tests I’ve had from other doctors as a result of a bladder condition I was born with that causes me a great deal of discomfort. Admitted he had not received any urine tests or ultrasounds from my doctor, did not even try to get this information. Told me to simply lose weight and I’ll be fine when I asked what could be done to improve my symptoms, gave me unsolicited diet advice and told me to cut carbs without even knowing how I eat. Such a rude incompetent loser, go anywhere else honestly

Had a prostrate biopsy done. Explained everything he was going to do. I read quite a bit about the procedure and understood often there is blood in your urine afterwards. I had none, which tells me that he did a great job. His technician was quite nice as well.

I met Dr. Chang due to a required prostrate biopsy.
Dr. Chang welcomed me with a friendly introduction. He was punctual and took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail. He didn’t make me feel like he was rushed and answered every one of my many questions. He talked to me through out the procedure to make me feel comfortable and to take my mind away from going through the procedure.
A very well qualified, personable and dedicated professional indeed.

What a huge disappointment! In my opinion I was truely taken back by this "so called" specialist. There were many upsetting issue to this visit, but the one that compelled me to give this review, was how myself and my 87 year old father were left feeling. My father, who is the patient was having difficulties with (prostate, bladder) we were advised by the GP to see a specialist after trying varies prostate pills, antibiotics etc. Issue was not subsiding. Once we were seen by Dr. Chang, basically a non visit in my opinion accept him saying "what do you expect from an 87 year old". He simply wrote my father off, he proceeded to give us a prescription for masking my father's symptoms. WE WERE THERE FOR HIM TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS to get to the root of the problem!! NOT ANOTHER prescription. We explained that nothing was helping, and my father has been suffering for months. What is going on with people doing there job!!! In my opinion this specialist had no intention to even explore. I guess elderly people are not worth helping or given the time, he did say he's "87"! As if my dad (a human being) was a nobody! I will be reporting this individual, can't even bring myself to call him a medical professional, the way we were treated and I will be reporting this person to the highest level of the medical authorities. Simply disgusting!!! Dr. Chang should be ashamed of himself and look in the mirror...one day you will be 87!

I love Dr. Chang he has been good in taking care of me & my situation. Dr. Chang explains everything to me clearly, he works with me answers all questions. If I need to call office I leave message with 24hrs I will have a call back from his staff. Dr. Chang makes me feel safe & comfortable before, during & after my surgery everything. I would recommend him anytime. He is also accommodating as much as possible

I was referred to him for a kidney stone, I brought my ultrasound and cat scan for him to see. Told me he couldn’t view them so go get an x-ray. When he looked at the x-ray, asked what I was there. He looked at x-ray and said there was nothing there, just drink lots of water and loose weight. So of course I was second guessing about my kidney stone. After finally mentioning this to my doctor, he decided to do another ultrasound. Low and behold I have a kidney stone. What a waste of a doctor, he needs retraining.

The exam took about 2 minutes, quick and efficient, almost machine like and like a machine he is soulless. After his assessment , he told me that he could not do anything for me. It seems he has forgotten he's dealing with human beings, People whom are searching for answers and some comfort. Instead I left the office feeling stressed and worthless. So much for doing no harm,

The most awful experience for my Mom. Very scary to ever leave your health care in the hands of this unprofessional doctor. Rude, condescending and made too many mistakes leaving my mom in pain for months.

Dr. Chang is a nice guy but the office administration are definitely the worse. Once I had an appointment and they called on the same day morning saying that doctor is not coming and I need to reschedule. Another time I had an appointment on Nov 16 at 8.30 am, I called the day before to confirm it but no answer, so left a voice note. I went the next morning to discover the office Is closed till Nov 17.
Like most Canadians, I’m a hard working man paid per hour so every time I cancel my work and go for my appointment costs me the pay of this day.
Would not recommend dealing with this office unless you are retired or have nothing to do except doctor’s visit.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Chang in the spring of 2021. He was very warm, easy to understand, and overall a very knowledgable Dr. I did everything he asked of me, test after test after test. But he showed me with his expression of genuine concern how much he cared for me -as a patient - when he told me there was no cancer. I followed thru with my final tests and he was elated to tell me I did not have to see him any longer. Everything was good. I cannot give this Dr. enough praise on how gentle and truly caring he presented himself to me. I would recommend Dr. Chang to my dearest friends.
