I read the reviews on Dr. Basavaraju and met with her by tele-visit. She did not greet me professionally with kindness or interest. It seemed like the appointment was a burden or inconvenience. She was incredulous of everything I told her of my allergy and testing history. She said it changes every five years but I had just been blood tested. I had eustachian tube malfunction since chemotherapy and my sinuses were blowing up in my head every day of the week. I was met with no expression. She said she does full allergy back testing which as I remember hurts pretty good when you are young. I don't think I need a doctor who acts so visually apathetic to my needs as a patient. Her picture shows her beaming with a smile. No concern. No encouragement. No smile no nothing. Sorry I'm too old for this kind treatment. Reminds me of Parkland.
