Dr. West and his staff are awesome ! I have been going to Dr. West for over 25 years and have always been happy with my treatment. I recently had a cap put on and it was a wonderful experience. It fits like a glove and I could not be happier. Kudos to you Dr. for a job well done!

Dr. West and his staff are awesome. Have been going to him for most of my life. As have my parents and brother. Efficient, keeps things cheap, and a generally good man. My only complaint was when I had my wisdom teeth taken out. Do not scrimp there, go to oral surgeon. Other than that A+

The most unprofessional encounter I have ever had with a dentist/provider. I received a call 2 weeks after my initial appointment to inform me about my cavity although they did not have specific information on which tooth was involved. The day of my appointment I had many questions #1 being which tooth, how deep?, what materials they will be using....etc. Dr. West's responses were nothing but condescending and vindictive all of which seemed to increase as I walked out of his office. I am extremely disappointed as I have heard nothing but good things about his clinic.

I have been very happy with Dr. West. Fast and thorough and he doesn't try to up-sell you unnecessary treatments. Twice my x-rays did not turn out, which is odd. Wonder if they need new equipment.

Dr West might be old school but he is top-notch in my book! I fly BACK to St Louis for my appointments! He has saved me thousands of dollars with his good advice regarding other dentists money-making suggestions. I wouldn't change dentists if you paid me!
