It's always very comfortable entering Dr Roxie's office from the calm atmosphere to Megan being very friendly. The vibe you receive is always uplifting I think.

I have experienced complete professionalism, kindness, compassion and genuine awesome care, from Dr. Roxie, Melissa & Megan! My health has improved as well. I completely trust Dr. Roxie and appreciate how show listens to me. She honors how my intuition about my health is clearly a guide for me & if I don't wish to take a supplement, she supports me! I am so grateful to Dr Rox as she has also assisted my Beloved Husband,s health. We just feel she ROCKS!

I went to see Dr Strand in 2007 when I turned 50.I was having trouble loosing weight, I was also experiencing some menopausal symptoms ,after a bit of blood work ,I needed a little thyroid help,and bioidentical hormone therapy. I feel great at 58,lost the weight. I was also told prior to meeting Roxie by an unnamed CA MD that I would take blood pressure meds for the rest of my life. Dr Strand assured me that I would be off the atenolol in a matter of weeks and I was. She's a truly awesome person, I tell everyone I can about her. I had to relocate to CA she is still my doctor, that's how much I love her and Meghan .

I love Dr Roxie Strand and her associates! Meghan always greets me with a warm smile and kind words. Melissa is equally great! And Dr Strand? Cannot say enough about how much I love her! She is very thorough and has spent a great amount of time with me, inquiring about my health issues/concerns and finding a healthy solution to my chronic "condition". And although I still have a long road ahead of me with my Ulcerative Colitis/Crohns, I am feeling better, my symptoms are not as severe and I believe that with Dr Strands help (and her wonderful staff) that my health will continue to improve. I recommend Dr Strand to everyone that is searching for an alternative, safe and healthy solution for their health.

After about a year of jumping through hoops and going on wild goose chases to figure out what what going on with my health, I was at my wit's end. A friend shared with me her health story and suggested give Creative Healing Solutions a try. I had gotten the "run around" from doctors so much so that I didn't know if I wanted to waste my time and money once again, but I was desperate! Dr. Roxie gave me a call and she seemed very confident that she could help me with what I had been going through. At my first appointment I was greeted with a hug! I cannot even explain what a lasting impression that had on me! After a thorough visit, I came out of the office with new hope for the first time in over a year. The healing process was slow, and my family and friends questioned some of the methods that I had taken from this experience. However, I came out of the terrible state of health I had been in and I KNOW it wouldn't have happened if it weren't for Dr, Roxie and the staff at Creative Healing Solutions. I am very grateful for my experience here. I have and will continue to recommend others to be treated here as well.

I love your office! Megan and Melissa are always helpful and "on-the-ball" & I followed Dr. Strand from her internship with Dr. Ramsey into her own practice! I think that much of her. I honestly can't say enough good stuff about the office and your medical practice. It feels more like visiting with friends, than a medical office. I never feel rushed when seeing Dr. Strand. She takes as much time as she needs with me. Sometimes a pulse and stethoscope don't tell the whole story. I feel as though they trully have my best interest at heart and NOT like I'm just another number.

Creative Healing Solutions serves its patients in the best ways possible. Messages are responded to in more than a timely matter. Front office staff is friendly, caring, efficient, and responsive. Dr. Strand is a seasoned professional who takes each patient's needs into consideration. Her collaborative approach show respect and caring for her patients. Her knowledge base is extensive, and she refers to other practitioners when necessary. Excellent and affordable care continue to make it worth my while to travel 100+ miles to see Dr. Strand. I have referred many of my own patients who are completely pleased with their experience.

I love that I live out of state and am still able to work with Dr. Strand via phone appointments and occasional in-office visits when I'm visiting family. I sought out Dr. Strand because I felt like my regular doctors that I saw didn't have the time to listen to me and when they did, the options that they offered just didn't fit me. I wasn't willing to accept "get more sleep" and "it's just part of getting older". Dr. Strand always listens to my concerns and appreciates what's important to me and takes that into account. I've probably been anything but a "normal" and "routine" client as we keep dealing with issues that lie between me and my optimal health, but Dr. Strand keeps working at uncovering the underlying causes rather than just treating my symptoms or brushing me off. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone especially those people that feel something isn't quite right and can't get anywhere with traditional medicine. My favorite memory of Dr. Strand is the appt. we had where she was part doctor/part counselor when we were talking about my emotional eating. She was motivating and inspiring in that moment.

Dr. Strand is fantastic! She takes time to answer all of my questions at each visit and she is a wealth of knowledge. She looks at the whole person, to me this is extremely important in health care. She takes her time and not once have I felt rushed. Her office is beautiful. You can tell her and the staff take pride in their work. Her staff is also so helpful and friendly!
