I took my wife to see this doctor and we are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr Arnold to anybody. Especially with thyroid issues. She has done wonders for my wife. She is also very polite. She is a little hard to get a hold of, but responds to messages quickly. Thank you for all you do Dr Arnold

this is a very good dr for thyroid problems . i have sufferd for yrs with thyroid being on the drug levo and i went to her and she has helped me so much. well worth the money .

Complete waste of time and money. Incompetent receptionist--had to call 3 times to make appt for 5 min. phone consult w/dr., was told she called back when she hadn't (no missed calls on call log), was supposed to have paperwork mailed to me before appt--never arrived. Appt. went ok but was told to come back in 2 weeks and get lab tests done (knew up front what I suspected was wrong and she agreed that it needed to be tested for). Emailed her and politely expressed disappointment that I'd need to make 2 more visits and wait more time to even begin to address issues. Also asked question about dosing for the 1 supplement she recommended. Was told "that's how I do things, if you don't like it go find another doctor". She told me what the dosing was and added the comment "like it's written on your paperwork". Dosing wasn't on my paperwork or I wouldn't have asked for it again! Then she wouldn't reply to follow-up email asking specific questions about the supplement.

I have been seeing Dr. Jacque for the past few years for a thyroid condition and I am very pleased with her treatment. With diet changes and the right supplements, I am not taking any meds and my thyroid is in good working order. I first consulted a traditional MD, who wanted to put me on prescription drugs, with the future possibility of destroying my thyroid, which would lead to a lifetime of drugs and no thyroid. This is no small matter; the thyroid is a critical organ, and to just "remove" it is ludicrous and unnecessary. Dr. Jacque is exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, humorous, personable, always on time, and so obviously cares deeply about her patients. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jacque has always been a very professional and positive medical resource for me and my entire family. She is knowledgeable and thorough never rushing me and always offering many different testing and treatment opptions to help determine what might be wrong. She has patiently converted me and my family to a chemical free natural diet which has changed my life completely. For that I will always be greatful. Do NOT go to this naturopath. I have seen multiple naturopaths in the past and have never had such a horrible experience before. She did nothing to help resolve the health issues I had come to see her for, and determined which supplements I should be taking with "muscle testing" which has not been proven reliable or effective. After 90 minutes and $150 all I gained from the visit was the knowledge that some naturopaths are quacks and have no regard for patient care. I called her and let her know I was quite dissatisfied with the visit and she refused to refund me for the visit. Don't go here unless you are CERTAIN you will love her methods and her patient care because you will lose your money and waste your time!
