Dr. Rex Winters is an absolutely first rate cardiologist. He was the one who was able to diagnos my primary health problem as congestive heart failure with a condition known as ventrical tacthycardia. He quickly scheduled me for a cardiac angiogram to determine if there were any restricted heart arteries. When he saw that the arteries were clear he determined the primary cause my heart problem was cardio electrophysiologic. He then scheduled me for defribrillator/pacemaker implant with the best electrophysiologist he knew the very next day. I am absolutely certain this prompt and decisive action has saved my life. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Winters, having a chance to live a normal life is priceless.
