Dr. Harkins is excellent. He is very personable, easy to understand, and gets to the root of the problem. I tend to arrive early and I’m always seen within minutes of arriving to the office. After surgery he gave excellent follow up and I would recommend him to anyone with any ENT issues.

Dr. Harkins is absolutely excellent. My daughter had chronic ear infections and upper respiratory problems since the age of 6 months. Over a 25 year period, she had seen many different ENT's, allergists, and pediatricians - none who ever addressed more than her immediate symptoms. It was Dr. Harkins who finally diagnosed her with asthma (even though she was seeing him for an ear graft), and got her to someone who treated it. I cannot say enough good things about him. He actually listens to the patient. He is, hands down, one of the best doctors I have ever had contact with.

Office and business staff is horrible. Complete lack of follow up by staff and Physician after surgery. I would not recommend this physician for your child or anyone.
