After calling both my insurance provider and the urgent care clinic to be sure my insurance (Aetna) would be accepted for payment in full, and again asking before I checked in, I was assured this was correct. Of course it was NOT covered! The facility was covered but all of the doctors are subcontracted and are not in network. No one told me this, and my insurance provider was not aware either. I ended up with a sizable bill. I was deceived and certainly would have sought out other options if I had been correctly informed. After the fact, while trying to investigate, I was told I signed the paper stating I would cover whatever the insurance didn't. Yes, I did sign the paper but no where did it state the doctors and staff were subcontracted. I no longer use any WHC services due to their billing and lack of proper coding.

Tosa Center this is regarding their Spine Care Center in Tosa Center. I traveled to this place to receive a 2cd opinion on surgery and got a very disrespectful Doctor Brandon Rebholz. He tried to blame 30 years of spine issues on a heart history. Spinal manipulation and traction affect the issue I have with the spine. A heart issue cannot be affected by chiropractic care. Avoid Froedtert and the medical college Tosa Center and get somewhere else. I got 2 minuted with him and the rest of time with the student, he wasn't in the room. You do not get what you pay for.
