This doctor is an abomination to the field of medicine. He asked me a bunch of questions about my daughter's reflux while he sat at a chair and typed on a computer. He never, ever physically examined her and at the end stated,“She has reflux, yes, but she has to learn to live with it. She is on the best medication and a good dose. She is not a candidate for surgery.” How would he know?? He never physically examined her!! I left his office in tears and filed a formal complaint with the hospital the following week.

This doctor and his team at Children's Memorial worked with me to END my child's chronic constipation, diarrhea, encopresis... Like a miracle! Outstanding team of fellows - work with Dr Saps and his team. I highly recommend!!!
